Material and labour for providing point wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated single core 1100 volts grade & with one run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor Flame retardant PVC insulated 1100 Volts grade wire for continuous earthing complete in and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings/fixture etc and open recessed type Plastic Enclosure( Plastic Switch Board ) ISI Marked (IS:14772) for housing switches / sockets complete all as specified and directed :-

One Fan point controlled by one regulator/switch.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite 65mm, three terminals (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type 5 Amp one way complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 2.5 Sq mm FLRSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor 1100 V grade with colour code and one run of 1.5 Sq mm single core Flame retardant PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor green colour cable for continuous earthing complete in & including PVC casing caping with all fttiing & fixtures complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Two runs of 2.5 Sqmm copper cable and one run of 1.5 sqmm copper cable including PVC casing caping shall be measured and paid as one length)

S&F sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top , single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin earth plug and socket complete with one MCB SP of capacity 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix metal body exhaust fan of sweep 225mm, 230/240 volts with 4 leaf blade mounting anchor fastener 04 Nos aluminium outdoor typr louvers made of aluminium sheet of 0.5 mm thickness including provision of 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper cable from ceiling rose to fan making of wooden from suitable dimension complete all as specified and directed. The Exhaust fan shall conform to model No Freshee of Bajaj or Model No. VentilAir DB 230 mm of Havells or Model No. AeroClean Plus 230 mm of bajaj

Supply, installation,commissioning of electric water heater, storage type with ABS body water tank and copper heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece, Anchor fastener for mounting geyser complete all as specified and directed. The geyser shall conform to Cat No GHWAPUTIVO25 of Havells or Model No. SWH Misty 25 L metallic Silver of Usha

M&L for cutting wall for exhaust fan opening of size 230/225mm, the cutting must be of suitable dimension to accommodate the the exhaust fan and make good surface finish with cement plaster work. Also making of wooden frame of required size and dimension to install exhaust fan as per site condition and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-n-charge. Note:- The cost of wooden frame shall be included in the quoted rate

Material and labour for taking down of old GI pipe and its accessories of any size and remove it from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of GI tubing 15 mm bore 'medium grade' including all necessary fittings i.e. socket, elbow etc. laid in walls, ceiling, floor etc complete including taking tapping from existing clamps, screws and cutting chases/making hole in wall etc and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 15 mm bore stop cock chromium plated ISI marked class I screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed at site .

S & F 15 mm Bib taps chromium plated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed at site .

Supply and fix hot and cold water connection pipe 15mm dia 600mm long for geyser with EPDM inner tube, stainless steel 304 grade braided outer tube, with double ring sealing washers, brass coupling complete all as specified and directed.
