Supply of 1200 mm dia. M.S. Pipe 2.00 Meter fabricated out of 12 mm thick M.S. plate painted with anticorrosive bituminous paint. For sector-16 SPS.

Supply of 1224 mm ID, 1384 mm OD M.S. flange, 20 mm thick (2 Nos.). For sector-16 SPS.

Supply of 1000 mm dia. M.S. Pipe 1.50 Meter fabricated out of 12 mm thick M.S. plate painted with anticorrosive bituminous paint. For sector-24 SPS.

Supply of 1024 mm ID, 1184 mm OD M.S. flange, 20 mm thick (2 Nos.). For sector-24 SPS.

Supply of 150 mm dia. 200 mm length M.S. Pipe fabricated out of 8 mm thick M.S. plate painted with anticorrosive bituminous paint to make provision for air valve.

Supply of 150 mm dia. M.S. flange 10 mm thick painted with anticorrosive bituminous paint .Flanges to be drilled as per IS:1538 Part-IV & VI.

Supply of nur bolts & washer for making flange joint.

Hiring of Long boom Crane incl. Diesel , lubricants, driver and helper etc.

Dewatering of line with the help of submersible pumps of suitable capacity as per site requirement.

Manual Labour for various works like fitting , fixing of lighting system etc.. Providing support to welder , gas cutter etc incl safety arrangements like gum boots, helmet, gloves, appron, goggles etc (2 Nos X 4 Shift)

Electrician (1 No.) ,Fitter grade -1 (2 Nos.) for making necessary fitting, lighting and arrangement during execution of work as per site requirement. (3 Nos. X 4 Shift)

Welding of pipe (150 mm dia. and 200 mm in length), Flanges and making of collar joints on MS pipes of 1200 mm dia & 1000 mm dia by double layer, welding from inside & outside to make the joint leak proof. welding joint, & other allied works. after completion of work.

Cutting/ dismantling of old rusted nut bolts, old damaged pipes of 1270 mm dia and 1060 mm dia. As per site requirement.

Transportation charges for T&P, men and material of both side including loading & unloading.
