Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - by plant mix method for grading I material.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)
Providing , laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layer by manual means in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density - Using vibratory roller

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse M sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation at all level above/ below ground level. The rate includes all lead, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation / flowing /seepage and also working in or under foul /slush condition in or under water and /or liquid mud etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying in portion ready mixed cement concrete manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C from transit mixer to site of laying excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finishing, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS :9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability. - M-15 grade plain cement concrete by using 320kg of cement . All works upto 3.00m below ground and upto floor 5 level. The rate including of pumping out all type water due to seepage / flowing / stagnation and also working under foul condition etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and also working in unhygenic and in or under foul / sluh condition in or under water and / or liquid mud including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, slush / mud all leads upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m depth below or above ground level / Bed level etc., - complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - All kinds of soil.
Extra for every additional lift of 1.5m or part there of in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials - all kinds of soil
Supplying and filling with quary dust in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. Complete. The rate includes all lead and lift, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and also working in or under foul / slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Extra for providing and mixing ordinary portland cement 43 grade of approved brand and manufacture in quarry rubbish/ stone dust at the rate of 3 bags of cement per cum of quarry rubbish / stone dust mixing in a mechanical mixer. The rate is inclusive of all lead and lift etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Casting, transporting, hoisting and fixing in position at the location of site as directed by the Engineer-in-charge RCC precast box section as per the drawing for the culvert including RCC pre cast base plate with controlled concrete of M-35 grade design mix including casting, curing , trucking out, hoisting and laying the pre-cast box segments. The precast box unit shall be placed in position over the RCC precast base slab in the excavated pit using necessary heavy duty cranes, truck and other machineries required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including providing of RCC precast base slab segments of 25cm thickness with controlled concrete M-35 grade design mix. The rate shall include the cost of cement (OPC 43 grade of approved make), coarse aggregates, fine aggregates (M-sand), admixtures, chemicals for joint grouting, providing steel hooks for lifting and moulding arrangements with necessary centering and shuttering for casting the concrete. (casting shall be done on uniform levelled bed with cement concrete flooring) hire charges for machineries (Heavy duty cranes, excavator (JCB), tipper, concrete mixer and other tools and plants etc., but excluding the cost of reinforcement as per the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Making required arrangements for closing traffic as stipulated by the authorities concerned. The rate shall also include hire charges for casting yard, making of casting bed, transportation charges from casting yard to working site, loading and unloading, hoisting and fixing in position of RCC precast units of 1mt length and joint grouting all etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
