SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VIII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

Supply and Installeed puff water tank 500 Ltr insulated cylindrical vertical type double layer duly filled with glass wool with closed top hoisted and to resist in temprature -30 degree to +35 degree celcius fixed in position with all fittings over PCC plate from complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing , Testing & Commissioning Cold Storage Complete with all accessories & machinery suitable for 20 MT & to maintain the desired temperature of (-) 20 C with outside environment temperature maximum + 25 C. The work will include following items of work - (A) Foundation as per manufacturer’s recommendation & all other required civil works for Cold Storage. (B) Cold Storage Chamber of min Size 25x15x10 feet with minimum 120 mm puff panels housing & including all required electrical/mechanical equipment ( compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, copper piping temperature controller, control valve, electrical panel, internal external wiring MCCB, Earthing, Refrigerent gas etc) (C) Suitable sized Electrical Cable UG armored XLPE for connection to plant maximum 100 Mtr to be provided. (D) Suitable shed with PCC foundation of required size & structural strength to prevent ice loading from affecting the plant . Note:- 1. The insulation will be provided by a Puff Panel of following specifications (i) Thickness:- 120mm thick puff panel (ii) Jacketing:- 0.5 mm thick PPGI sheet on both ends, (iii) Density :- 40kg(+,-) 2/cum 2. The door specifications will be as under (i) Single hinged air tight door (ii) Type: Blast door (iii) Thickness: 120mm, (iv) Jacketing:- 0.5 mm thick PPGI sheet on both ends (v) Size :1200*2100mm

Notes : (i) Complete DG set shall be mounted on foundation as per design of manufacturer within overall cost quoted. (ii) Precommissioning test shall be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer within overall cost quoted. FOL shall also be arranged by contractor. (iii) Contractor shall produce a copy of approved certificate to authenticate the above from the OEM/DEA. (vi) Fuel system: fuel injection system with fuel injectors, fuel injection solenoid switch/nozzles / governor electronic type capable for 1% speed/frequency regulation, Fuel filters, Fuel hoses.
