Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for wall foundation etc or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point.

M&L for Sand cushioning in trenches with clean dry unsheathed gently punning around cable for protection complete. Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment

M&L for brick, old sub class 'B' well burnt, laid dry flat in trenches for protection of cable over LT cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting /boring to pilinth protection/ hard standing / road etc in suitable depth to across the GI pipe size upto 80 MM dia of bore for drawn through XLPE under ground cable for giving mechanical protection to cable complete all as directed. Note ; Quoted rate shall be included the cost of required material for repairing to disturbed surface all as per exisiting.

Supply and laying galvainesd steel tubing light grade 40 mm dia of bore fixed with pole/ surface of wall / laid in trench etc as site using 02 Nos clamp made out by GI strip in size 25x4 mm with nut bolt and washer etc all as directed.

Supply and laying galvainesd steel tubing light grade 80 mm dia of bore fixed with pole/ surface of wall / laid in trench etc as site using 02 Nos clamp made out by GI strip in size 25x4 mm with nut bolt and washer etc all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of underground LT cables XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor power cable 1100 Volt grade cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core (earthed) laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminium lugs including taking out of old cable. Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection cover and pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule.

Note :- MCCBs/ RCCBs/ MCBs shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth electrode plate 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly and vertically in ground connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanised iron 40 mm bore medium grade pipe with all fittings from the earth electrode fixed along pole with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade from top of the earth electrode to bottom of the earth pit including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of surplus soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover with handle, charcoal/salt, funnel , CI frame etc complete all as directed. Notes :-(i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 metre earth strips. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Plate electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust & salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32x6mm GI strip laid in pipe or fixed on wall or any other position including jointing by tinned copper/brass nuts, bolts and washers in adition brazing at every joint (beyong 7.5 metre)

M&L for recharging to existed earthing at E/M installation in any type upto standard value with using required chemical such as Nacl/ MgSo4 / other approved chemical including riveting / welding/ bolting to earth lead incl testing etc by tech rep with riveting, bolting replacing to nut, bolt and washer etc to GI earthing strip for making earth continuity from transformer / panels to earthing pit complete all as site required and directed. Note : Item shall be paid after getting resistance value satisfactorily and record shall be submitted to the Engineer in charge.

M&L for advance maintenance free chemical earthing with JMV CBE 403 environment friendly ring earthing system consisting each set of 03 (three) Nos of 10 (ten) feet length 40 mm dia earth electrode made out by copper, maintenance free electrolytic grade copper earthing system of JMV make based on flat in pipe technology of 3 Mtrs length, 40 mm dia with crystalite conductive mixture COMPOUND filled with the permanent sealing at the top & bottom with the lead terminal / strip in 25x4 mm size copper with 2 holes of 10 mm dia at the top , to be lowered in 150 mm dia bore including filling of back fill ecofriendly earth enhancing compound tested by ROHS comply to IEC 62651-7 which should have passed leaching ,corrosion, sulphur & resistivity test as per IEC 62651-7 by NABL accredit LAB/JAM plus compound in 150 mm bore in immediate contract around the earth electrode and top of the bore shall be finished with 40 mm thick PCC in 1:2:4 type B 1 over 75 mm thick PCC in 1:4:8 type D-2 and back filly/ JAM compound shall be covered with FRP pit cover of suitable size for each earth electrode , joint to be made by JAM weld exothermically welded technology including copper strip size 32 x 6 mm for earthing ring system and copper strip 32x6 mm size for earthing electrode to test point with saddles & porcelain insulators suitable size on wall ,earth strip protected by light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia in case of plinth protection / floor/ hard standing crossing complete all as specified and directed. Make - JMV LPS Limited / JEF/ ALCOICE / Conducrete Note :- Earth work , PCC work, PCC cutting work by cutter, earth chamber in suitable size with testing on suitable value etc rate shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing copper strip 32mmx6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors above ground level all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode size 60 CM x 60 CM x 3.15 MM thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3.0 MM by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, including provision of earth strip protected by galvanised iron 32 mm bore medium grade pipe with all fittings, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh , 40 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced , JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15 MM dia light grade GI pipe and watering GI pipe shall be 40 MM bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. M & L for reving earthing pit on existing old earthing where pit is completely damaged including excavation, Charcoal, common salt replacement of earth plat of (GI/Copper) as per site requirement and cover 80mm thick pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with hard drawn steel wire fabric weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm in lieu of CI cover, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 pit/chamber including all necessary excavation and earth work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ. (ii) Make of material shall be as per mentioned in Particular specifications or Appendix 'B' to Particular specifications as approved by AGE (I) AF manauri if not specified in BOQ
