RequiredThe successful bidder after allotting the work has to submit balance 1.5% EMD in the form of online Challan in GHMC website.
RequiredPayments will be done as per seniority of the bid submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC.
RequiredAgencies shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills
RequiredFor all works costing Rs. 20.00 Lakh and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance.
RequiredViolation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from appro037ved list as per GOs in vogue.
RequiredStatement-IV showing works on hand must be uploaded by the contractors if any discrepancies found in statement-IV the contractors will be imposed ban / suspension to participate in future tenders of latest.
RequiredThe bidder shall upload the GST and latest GST 3B (not older than April-2026)certificate issued by the Govt. of Telangana.
RequiredThe tender allotted agency may be allowed to dispose the extract at nearby Authorised Dumping Yard (preferably Fathullaguda Dumping yard as it is approximately 12kms Away from the site).
RequiredThe payment to the tender allotted agency must be made based on the weighment slips issued by the dumping yard authority only .No other outside weighment slips are accepted.
RequiredIII. For payment GPS tracking of the vehicles for number of trips is also compulsory.
