Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil or silt (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead up to 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or into plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by thr Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.(PWD SOR 2025-26, chepter-4, Item No.01 Spec-251)

Earth work cutting/ filling in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form regular pits note excluding 0.5M in depth and earth work embankment to be in 20 Cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required slows and also including 1.5M, lift and 30 M lead in all complete. site up to 10 km distance. Finishing Wall with exterior emultion paint (Apex) approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10 Sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75 Ltr/ 10 Sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. Required for proper completion of work. for two coat.
