Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for poles, laying of electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables) and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 centimetre thick after laying and testing of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old UNSV GI tubing and M &L for GI pipe light grade, for road crossing / on wall / on pole for cable protection of 40 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking out all elect connections from LT panel and taking out the cable loop of any size of cable & checking the cable thoroughly including cleaning , cutting & removing the defective portion including provide new Alu lugs and re-fixing the cable in LT panel and relaying cable loop properly and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of Alu lugs, labour for earth work deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Repairs to LT panel board any size outdoor/indoor type by removing the U/S door hinges and S&F new door hinges of suitable size by welding including levelling the door by removing bends/dents and aligning the door for proper closing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying 50 mm outside dia double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) of HDPE ISI Mark for enclosing cable below ground / road surface, to a required depth, including suitable size coplers for jointing of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with spray pump of LT panel Indoor/outdoor any size any type from outside with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint (colour approved by Engr-in-Charge) over a coat of red oxide and cleaning of LT panel MCCB's terminals and LT panel from inside with air blower and waste cloths complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to LT MS tubular Pole 8.5/9 mtr long with two coats of synthetic enamelled aluminium paint with synthetic enamel paint over prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to HT MS tubular pole 11 Mtr long with two coats of synthetic enamelled aluminium paint with yellow/black bands incl cross arms (for single pole), clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing defective LT UG cable of 4 sq mm x 2/3/3.5/4 core upto 70 sqmm x 3/3.5/4 core from trenches / pipes / pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing XLPE cable insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised strip or wire armoured electric cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting, trimming and vending tree branches falling on overhead head lines after arranging electrical shutdown from department or MSEB including taking all precautions while working on lines complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The length of span between two poles shall be measured in which trees are falling on overhead electric conductors. (ii) Required T & P will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Make Sintex or National ISI marked comprising with the following :- (a) Three phase copper connector on porcelain insulators complete including lugs and suitable size of MS clamps as per site requirement - 02 Nos, nut and bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of unserviceable existing HPMV/HPSV post top lantern with LED 40 W decorative post top LED, made in cast aluminium with decorative opal polycarbonate diffuser with IP 65 protection including minor fabrication on top of existing pole according to luminaire dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of unserviceable existing LED Solar street light fitting 36 Watt including galvanized steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete. (Excavation & earth work shall be measured separately)
