WET MIX MACADAM Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

TACK COAT Providing & applying hot straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade including heating the bitumen,spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler , cleaning & preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt,dust,mud etc & finally brooming the surface as per required specifications. On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm.

BITUMINOUS MACADAM P/L 50 mm thick compacted bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size & grading as specified in MOST specifications & straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 3.3 % by weight of the mix including hot mixing of stone aggrgate & bitumen in HMP ,transporting & laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required line & grade, rolling with road roller of 8 t0 10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction & density incl cost & carriage of all materials upto the site of work complete.

SEMI DENSE P/L 25 mm thick compacted semi dense bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate as specified in MOST specifications & straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5 % by weight of the mix including hot mixing of stone aggrgate & bitumen in HMP ,transporting & laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required line & grade, rolling with road roller of 8 t0 10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction & density incl cost & carriage of all materials upto the site of work complete.

SEAL COAT P/L 6 mm thick compacted seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm retained on 180 micron sieve) as specified in MOST specifications & straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 128kg by weight of the mix (0.768 kg of btumen/sqm & 0.6 cum of fine aggregate /100 sqm) of road surface including ,transporting & laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required line & grade, rolling with road roller of 8 to10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction & density incl cost & carriage of all materials upto the site of work complete.
