PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Earthwork Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in all Sorts of Soil for plinth and foundation, trenches and other miscelleneous works up to an average depth of 1.5 meters including shoring, strutting, bailing out water if necessary, leveling, hand ramming the bottom of trenches with proper watering, refilling the sides of foundation / trenches up to the existing ground level with excavated available good quality of Soil in layers; not exeeding 150 mm thick [each layer] with leveling; dressing; & ramming properly the each layer with watering and disposing the surplus earth / unwanted materials materials within a lead of 50 meters etc. complete all as per specifications, as per drawing and as directed Engineer-in-charge.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Providing Pre-Construction Anti Termite Treatment by treating contact surface of soil with the plinth beams, top surface of plinth filling & plinth protection area etc. as per IS:6313 with a performance guarantee of five years etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed Engineer-in-charge. Note: measurement shall be for plinth area of the building.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Filling in plinth by soil including spreading in layers, watering, consolidating to 200mm thickness and finished to the desired level etc. complete as per specifications, relevant IS and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying Rubble Stone Soling using hard granite stones below floor, for consolidated thickness of 150mm with stones vertically hand set, interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum, watering, consolidating and finish to level etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineerin- Charge.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying in proportion P.C.C1:3:6 Plain cement concrete using 20mm down crushed aggregate of approved quality for mudmat leveling course for foundation, plinth and below flooring including form work wherever necessary, consolidation, leveling, finishing and curing etc complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality stones / rubbles for plinth, floor & drain bedding & all other various miscellaneous PCC works including machine mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidating, levelling, finishing as directed, providing; fixing & removing necessary form work; as & when required / directed, preparation of base properly by dressing; levelling & hand ramming using wooden hand rammer by proper watering, racking out all the masonry joints & close hacking the old / new concrete / plastered surfaces for proper / good bonding, base shall be fully neat, clean & slightly wet before laying Concrete, Curing for a minimum period of 7 days, cleaning the work area & disposing the debris / waste materials / unwanted materials / things etc., upto a lead of 2000 meters outside the pheriphery of work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Providing and Constructing R.R. masonry, using hard; durable & approved quality stones / rubbles, in CM 1:6 for foundation works & all other miscellaneous RR masonry works etc., including racking out all the masonry joints or simultaneous flush pointing, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform wherever; as & when required / directed, close hacking the old / new concrete / plastered surfaces for proper / good bonding, base shall be fully neat, clean & slightly wet before laying masonry, Curing for a minimum period of 7 days, cleaning the work area & disposing the debris / waste materials / unwanted materials / things etc., upto a lead of 2000 meters outside the pheriphery of work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying Cast Insitu RCC of M 30 grade using graded stone aggregate 20mm max size including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc complete at for cloumn, beams slab, stair case for all RCC works all heights/ levels as per drawing, specifications and as directed, but excluding formwork and steel reinforcement.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying cement plaster 15mm thick for internal surfaces of walls and columns at all Floor and heights in CM 1:4, rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth and even finish including close hacking of concrete surface wherever required, scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Rendering smooth finish; using Brila White Putty in Two Coats over internal plastered surfaces of wall; concrete & ceiling including rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, preparation of base properly by cleaning & washing, Base shall be fully neat, clean & dry before application of putty, cleaning the work area & disposing the debris / waste materials / unwanted materials / things etc., upto a lead of 2000 meters outside the pheriphery of work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying cement plaster 18 mm thick in two coats for external surfaces at all heights with cement mortar 1:5 back coat of 12mm thick and 1:3 finishing coat of 6 mm thick with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specification, finishing smooth including hacking concrete surfaces, scaffolding, curing and providing necessary Architectural finishes like grooves, dripmoulds, cornices, mouldings, columns grooves etc., and shall be matched with the existing plastered surfaces complete as per specifications as directed by the Engineer.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying in position cement concrete flooring 40mm thick with metallic concrete hardener toping, under layer of 28mm thick 1:2:4 cement concrete using broken granite metal of 20mm down size and a top layer 12mm thick of metallic cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 using 10mm down size aggregates, with metallic hardening compound of approved quality mix in ratio of 4:1 (4 part of cement and 1 part of metallic floor hardening compound) laid to proper line, level and slope in alternate bays including compaction, filling joints marking lines to give appearance of tiles 30cm x 30cm or other approved design, finishing smooth (with extra cement) in approved colour etc complete as per specification and directed by the Engineer In-charge.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying Vitrified Tiles of approved make, approved shade / colour & thickness of tile shall be 9 mm to 10 mm for Flooring with 20 mm thick CM of 1:4 [bedding] and for Skirting with 12 mm thick CM of 1:3 [backing] or using approved Adhesive [for Flooring & Skilting] pasting the Vitrified tiles on concrete or on masonry or on plastered surfaces, close jointed [with or without spacers] as directed, grout filling in the joints with matching pigmented cement slurry, finished to true line & levels / slope / plumb etc., including cutting of tiles, recommended washing, preparation of base by close hacking / roughening of existing base, racking out all the adjoining masonry joints, cleaning & washing the base with clean water, base should be fully neat; clean & slightly wet / moist before laying mortar & tiles and base shall be fully neat; clean & dry before laying adhesive & tiles, cleaning & washing / mopping the work area and disposing the debris / unwanted materials up to a lead of 2000 meters outside the periphery of work premises etc., complete all as per specifications, as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all lifts / heights. PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying 20mm thick Kota stone for Staircase treads and landing at all heights using machine cut slabs in single piece or as directed over a bed of 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, close jointed and pointed with matching pigmented cement slurry including rounding off the nosing, curing , polishing etc. complete all as per specification, as per drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all floors and heights.

PART - A (BALANCE CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying 18 to 20 mm thick Black Granitestone of approved colour & shade for Kitchen Platform & Facia using machine cut pre-polished on one face, slabs in single piece or as directed laid over 20mm thick cement morter 1:4, close jointed and pointed with matching pigmented cement slurry finished to levels, slope as required & curing, rubbing, nosing rounded off etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in-charge.
