Repair to R.I. Office-cum-Residence Building at R.Udayagiri for the year 2026-27_Building

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil in road embankment with all leads and lifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 (1’-0”) in depth with all labour, Cess and T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

RCCwork of gradeM-20 having a minimum compressive strength in work text of 200Kg/cm2 in15cm cubesat 28daysafter mixing and tests conducted using 10mm to 20mm size (20mm not to exceed 25 percent) crusher black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete by using vibrators watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth to receive painting or white or clour wasing providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance,and royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, & labour & cess etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. of all materials and labour required for the worketc, complete with all T&P and Cess in all respect but execluding cost of reinforcement MS rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending,binding, cranking hooking, welding jointing (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting lowering & placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost conveyance &of M.S. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&Prequired for the work with Cess etc,complete in all floors (weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only) etc. in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of G.C.I sheet in roofdrilling holes in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties with all T&P etc completeincluding cost of fittings and all materials, labour,with T & P,Cess etc required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation/Superstructure using-fly ash-brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, & labour & cess etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Foundation

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting one coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on old work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls suraface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, labour T&P with Cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
