SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROADS AND ROAD FURNITURE AT ALTINHO CAMP UNDER GE PANAJI, GOA

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep in surface area n exc 400 sqm complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified.

Material and labour, premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix using 12 to 25mm graded crushed preheated stone aggregate, laid, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required gradient & camber, consolidated thickness 75mm or less, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top on old surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified.

M & L for semi dense bituminous concrete 40mm (compacted thickness) using graded cushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG 30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled the surfaces by using 8 to 10 ton capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Insitute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 30 per Kg.

M&L for Road marking strips, lines, dashes, arrow, letters etc of 2.5 mm thick (reflective type) on new road/ pavement and the like surfaces, not less than 10 cm wide with hot thermo plast material @ 5 Kg/sqm of white or golden yellow by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heaters driven by skilled operator on road surface including removing all dirt/dust & other foreign matters at site and also managging traffice complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

Supply and Fixing in repair ABS solar LED studs of standared size 120mm x 25-32mm, solar controller, fixing with epoxy adhesive, anchoring bolt, nail etc as per manufacture insructions etc

S&F hooded safety Convex Mirrors of Dia 80 cm made of polycarbonate reflective mirrors, body is made of ABS, equipped with adjustable swivel mounting and brackets connect to a 50mm dia post of 2mtr long pole and embedded in below ground level including excavation, PCC M15 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 300mm x 300mm x 450mm and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for cement concrete Type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in copping, rounded or chamfered on edges and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) in base incl dividing stripes and finishing with extra cement

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive way or light traffic, parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping etra and complete all as specified and directed

M & L in repair for 500mmx350mmx50mm modular design rubberized speed breakers having not less than 40 Tons load bearing capacity, in alternate black and yellow combination,having good visibility, UV, Moisture and Temperature rsisiatant (Make : SE- SBP 1010 or equivalent), inclusive of 80 mm long fully threaded,round stainless steel speed breaker nails having load bearing capacity of more than 40 Tons of required diameter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed
