Disinfection for Crawling Insects : Providing disinfection service comprising of spraying human friendly, non polluting safer in-sectidial formulation spraying chemical emulsion recommended by WHO follow the norms specification of bureau of Indian standard (BIS) with pressure pumps in the entire premises i.e. inside as well as outer area of the building. This service will carryout for controlling all types of crawling insects such as cockroaches, silverfish, bedbugs, red ants, black ants, spiders etc. The service will be provided in the entire office and surrounding area by spraying and gelling (Cockroaches) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Vector Control Services : The service will be carryout for controlling mosquitoes, flies and other flying insects. This will be provided by treating the breeding areas such as open drains, dustbins, garbage area, receiving area, front and rear area of the plant under the bushes damp area along the walls etc. This treatment will be carryout by outdoor spray, indoor spray and larvicidal in drains . The service will be provided as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Spraying of chemical emulsion of Bavistin, cypermethyl and nuvan (50gm + 100ml +100ml) in each tree diluted in 50 litre water and properly sprayed by sprayer on leaves, branches and stems as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For milibug control)

Providing thermal fogging in the Open area as well as indoor by using king for (Delthamethrine 1.25% ULV) or equivalent (as approved by Engineer-in-charge) by mixing in diesel in the ratio 1:19 using thermal fogging machine. General spray for control breeding of mosquitoes in the open area shall also be carried out all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Approximate area for one job 15000 sqm) Notes: 1. All items are composite in nature and includes cost of all materials, chemicals, labour, T&P, equipment, bait stations, traps, transportation, and all incidental charges. 2. Only approved chemicals shall be used as per relevant guidelines. 3. Contractor shall ensure Fortnightly/periodic service or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and attend complaints within 24 to 48 hours. 4. Necessary PPE (gloves, masks, etc.) and safety precautions shall be adopted. 5. Adequate safety precautions shall be taken to prevent risk to humans, pets, and non-target species. 6. Contractor shall deploy adequate trained manpower with supervision for effective service. 7. Payment shall be made, based on satisfactory performance certified by Engineer-in-Charge 8. Recovery for non-performance: a) Non-attendance of complaint: ₹500 per instance/park b) Unsatisfactory performance: up to 5% deduction from Running/Final bill 9.Nothing extra shall be payable on any account. 10. Agency shall submit valid registration certificate issued by relevant department of GNCTD to use certain chemicals/insecticides in the premises.
