Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard core of broken stone or boulder (granite/basalt/trap) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 18-20 mm thick granite stone slab (of any colour table rubbed and polished) as in steps, window-cills, cooking platforms, urinal partitions and the like, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone slab including grinding, polishing, rounding the exposed edges and necessary moulding, laid over and including screed bed 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 12mm thick granite stone slab (of any colour table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) in cement mortar 1:3 and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1 :4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins crane gantries, rails & fastenings & heavy brackets framimg (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc., of quality Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, S&F channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in floor as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in sub floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for chequered cement concrete tiles, 300 mm x 300 mm, 22 to 25 mm thick, laid, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors finished with grey cement and pigment laid over including screed bed 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to bib tap /pillar tap by replacing with new brass spindle and rubber washer for 15mm dia taps complete all as specified and directed.
