S&F false ceiling of grid of galvanized steel tee/ angle (power coated ) of grid size 600x600mm as directed comprising of main tee ( weight not less than240gm /RM) and angle (weight of section not less than 217gm/RM) all around of walls suspended of ceiling by fasteners of adjustable guide hanger including clips/MS fitments to hold the panels insert of any type, including ceiiling boards of size 595x595x16mm thick mineral fibre board designer tiles of approved firm fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Solid PVC Wall Lining Panelling consisting of 5mm thick wood grin colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including Dismantling asbestos cement /galvalume /GI/CGI/(corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced)/lime concrete/sunken floor of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for by mechanical means (like drill machine, Hilti, pneumatic chisel, etc) complete all as spd & directed.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 Type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in mass concrete for sunken portion of WC, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Water proofing treatment of sunken RCC slab : (i) 15mm thick plater in CM (1:3) mixed with WP compound as per manufacturer's instructions shall be provided on sunken portion while the concrete is green. (ii) Apply cement sullry @ 0.488 kg/sqm cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (iii) Apply another layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (Make of cement composite compound of Dr. Fixit/Fosroc/Sikka) (iv) Curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding. (v) Paste 200micron thick poythene film of approved make with approved adhesives to the treated sunken surface. (vi) Joints/Traps/WC/Soil pies shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound of approved make. (vii) Testing of all traps & joints shall be done after sealing and before filling of sunken slabs. (viii) Spout pipe shall be provided for drain out the water in sunken portion. Note : Flat surface shall be measured for payment.

M&L 15mm bore GI tubing, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed including connections, complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floor inclding Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm bore and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed..

All as per item No.10 above but 20mm bore tubing complete all as specified and directed..

M&L cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of cills, shelves lintel etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good ,cutting girth exc10 cm but nexc 20 cms.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing water (RCC & rotational molded polyethylene water storage)tanks capacity exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr with S&F 500 ltrs capacity rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20 mm dia & 20mm GI tank nipple suitable for HDPE water tank including all connected fitting above tank staging and inlet to outlet connected piepe complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from (RCC & rotational molded polyethylene water storage)tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc for 250 to 500 ltrs capacity of tanks including writing of date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint using stencil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 14 above but for500 to 1000 ltrs capacity of tanks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 including Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on walls incl racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified.

M&L 10mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar of approved make (having ratio equivalent to CM 1:6) of interior wall surface finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement as whole or in patch complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar of approved make (having ratio equivalent to CM 1:4) of exterior wall surface finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement as whole or in patch complete all as specificed and directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous china, white european type water closet, including including all required fittings, PVC seat cover, fixing with brass bolts, jointing to flushing cistern and flush pipe and cast iron 100mm (P/S) traps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for chromium plated jet spray including connection pipe comlete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 10 Ltrs capacity PVC low level flushing cistern complete with syphone handle lever PVC bend including connecting to WC and fixing on walls with bracket all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore complete all as spd & directed.

S&F in repair 75mm dia cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length, with or without ears, with lead joints, fixed to walls including all fittings including dismantling old CI pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100mm dia cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipe in any length with or without ears with lead joints laid in trenches or in floor including all fittings including demolition old CI pipes , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old APP roof treatment with pcc /tiles/mud phuska on roof ,any thickness incl cleaning of roof surfaces and removing the debris outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I (20mm graded agg) in roof kerb or mud slops, rounded or chamfered on edges, coping, kneelers, kerb water tough and the like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed incl necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP polymeric based water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm of approved make black finish consisting of a central core of high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPF) & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 90 gm/sqm with a thermo fusible finish laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of an bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.4 Ltr/Sqm over prepared roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides & 100mm at ends & sealing incl applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as spd & directed. (Make Super thermolay manufactured by STP Ltd or 'Hyper Plas' (Polyster) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or 'Shalipals' (polyster) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and chemicals Pvt Ltd) Note :- 1. Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same make / manufacturer. 3. The APP Membrane to be inserted in the parapet wall/wall by cutting chases of atleast 65mm X 50mm size & making good in CM 1:3.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding with water proofing compound surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. (Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate)

M&L for 40mm thick (concrete/brick) tiles are bedded in 15mm thick CM 1:6 and jointed, grouted and pointed flush in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing removing serviceable to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface of size 350 x250x 7 mm or 450x 350x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sq m but not exceeding 0.38 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 42 here-in-before but in skirting/ dado all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 600 x7mm vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match laid over and including rendering 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 including dismantling of existing tiles or terrazo finish including cement mortar bedding of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of spalled concrete from ceiling,beams,chajjas in the following stages:- 1. Prepration of existing surfaces like chipping of unsound weak / loose concrete with electric hammer or manually including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities etc. n.exc 50 mm thickness removal of debries, complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 2. Applying rust remover cum passivator Sika rustoff 100 @ 0.20kg/Sqm/per coat or as per manufacturer's specifications to remove rust from existing reinforcement (Make :Sika/Fosroc/Pidilite or equivalent) 3. Applying a epoxy based zinc rich rebar corrosion protection system of product : Fiazin(R) R @ 0.15Kg/Sqm/coat or as per manufacturer's specifications (Make : Sika/Fosroc/Pidilite or equivalent) 4. Mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat of Sikadur(R)-32 LP A & B @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm(Mixing proportion as per manufacturer's instructions) on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacture specification including prepartaion of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete whereever required over new reinforcement (if required) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Make : Sika/Fosroc/Pidilite or equivalent) (Reinforcement will be measured and paid separatley). 5. Apply a pre-batched one component polymer modified cementious patch repair mortar of avg thickness 25mm not exceding 50mm in layer of 15mm thick each of Product: Sika Mono Top®-122 F as per manufacturer insturctions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 6. Apply aluminised synthetic resin Concrete curing compounds for the prevention of premature water loss from concrete of product: Antisol®-E(WP) @ 0.10 to 0.20 kg/m2 as manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 7. M & L for protection plaster (10 - 15 mm) reinforced with virgin polypropylene mono filament fibres with admixture: Sika® Plastocrete Plus @ 0.10 kg per bag of cement, reinforcement: Sika® Fibre h 150 @ 0.9 kg/cum complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Product requirements admixture: conforms to IS 2645. Product requirements reinforcement: conforms to ISO 9001-2000 and ASTM C 1116 type III4.1.3; specific gravity: 0.91 kg/ltr; fine monofilament; alkali proof; containing no reprocessed olefin materials). (Make : Sika/Fosroc/Pidilite or equivalent) *including taking down old plaster/mortar on existing surfce at ceiling,beams,chajja of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs door closer hydraulically regulated (extruded section) , designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs heavy duty double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box,main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 158400.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
