Demolishing RCC work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead all as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete any description manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead all as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cutting of RCC beams (2 Nos) of approximate size 0.6m x 0.4m, length 12m and slab (1 No) of approximately size 12m x 4m, depth 150mm from the existing functional RCC structure without causing any structural deformation to existing functional structure at height upto 6m from ground level including cost of necessary scaffolding , machineries and labour all as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge. NOTE:- In case of any damage caused to existing functional structure, the same shall be repaired and made good and the rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of the same and no separate payment will be effective.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete solid block (1:1½:3) (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete all as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete flooring 1:2:4, 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including mixing of water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed NOTE:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper for walls (ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams per litre of approved brand, shade and manufacture to give an even shade for new work (two or more coats) including applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams per litre.

Material and labour for finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre per 10 square metre over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.9 kilo gram per 10 square metre) complete all as specified and as directed .
