Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.50 sqm eachand n exc 4 sqm and removing from site,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium door with powder coated standard aluminium sections of medium size and weight not less than 1.50 Kg/Rm and conforming to catalogue of Jindal or equivalent. The door shall be of side hung type fixed at bottom with standard floor door spring, pintals etc. The bottom panel of the door shall be fitted with 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board decorated on both sides of approved colour and 5.0 mm thick tinted glass in top panel complete including all necessary fittings such as 02 Nos handles of approved size and shape, 02 Nos Aluminium anodised tower bolts 200 mm long and 01 No mortice lock per shutter. The shutter frame shall be with one or more rebates including jointing cleats, glazing clips, standard rubber beading complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Floor door spring shall be measured and paid separately under relvant items of these schedule.
