Supplying and laying of distribution pipe network .

supply, laying, Road Crossing, Culvert Crossing, Drain/ Nalla Crossing and commissioning of distribution pipe network by High Density polyethylene [ HDPE (PE80)] pipes (10 kg/cm2 pressure )including all specials confirming to IS 4984 and the specifications, including third party inspection, all taxes and duties, transportation, freight charges, loading and unloading, conveyance to the project site and stacking with cost of all labor and material , including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved graded excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, complete for distribution system as per Technical Specifications per Employer's Requirements.for following pipe diameters.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of manually operated Ductile Iron of DIN 1693 Grade - GGG 40/ GGG 50/ SG Iron of IS 1865 Grade - 400/12/500/7. Double Flanged Non Rising Type Sluice Valve (for control , wash out of various size as per CPHEEO, as per IS 14846/2000 (PD Type) PN 1.0 having seat of body/wedge face ring Gunmetal to IS 318 LTB 2, Stem SS AISI 410 with manual handhweel operation. Flange Drilled as per IS 1538 Table IV & VI Flat Face, including Ductile Iron companion Flange as per IS : 9523/2000 for installation of valves, Providing flanged joints to double flanged pipes and specials, all inclusive, with testing of joints and including supplying bolts, nuts and 3 mm thick rubber insertion sheet all complete as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer.
