Supplying, manufacturing and fixing of Teakwood frames with fly proof mesh shutter for balcony door etc., made out of best quality Class-II teakwood scantlings with necessary wooden plugs and screws for fixing it to the various openings including removing the existing architrave beading, making outer frame using 50x25mm teak wood with half lap/mortice joint, fixing the outer frame with suitable screws, making fly proof mesh shutter using 50x25mm teak wood fixed with 0.4mm dia wire and 1.4mm aperture Stainless Steel (Grade 304) grade fly proof wire gauze, providing and fixing 19/12x12mm size teakwood beading for fixing fly proof mesh, painting the new wood with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to match the existing colour, fixing the shutter with following fittings, returning the retrieved old materials to GSO civil maintenance stores, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. i) Fittings:- Each shutter shall be fixed with the following hardware fittings. a) 4 Nos. of 75 mm long stainless steel butt hinges of approved make and bearing ISI mark with suitable stainless steel screws. b) One numbers of 75mm and one number of 250mm long anodised aluminium tower bolt for door of approved make and bearing ISI mark with suitable CP screws. c) One number of 150 mm long anodised aluminium D handle of approved make as per IS - 208 bearing ISI mark with suitable CP screws. Note: 1) All fittings, fly proof mesh, teak wood shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order. 2) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of supplying, manufacturing, fixing of frames and shutter with required hardware fittings as detailed above. 3) Balcony shutter shall be of folding type with required hardware fittings.

Replacing the existing wood work by supplying, manufacturing and fixing of Teakwood frames and architraves for doors, windows, ventilators, etc., made out of best quality Class-II teakwood scantlings with necessary holdfast / anchor fasteners, wooden plugs and screws for fixing it to the various openings including removing the old door frame/shutter with all fittings, refixing the shutter to the new frame, finishing the sides with plastering white/colour washing to match with existing surface, painting the new wood with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc., and returning the retrieved old materials to GSO civil maintenance stores, etc., all complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Anti-termite chemical for teak wood frames by spraying or brushing with two coats of Dursphan/Durmat or other approved equivalent make of anti-termite chemical at the ratio of 1:19 [one part of chemical and 19 parts of kerosene] over the wood and contact masonry surface, etc., all complete as directed.

Providing and fixing beading between main door and grill door by cutting the Granite stone width of upto 50mm gang saw cut mirror polished (pre moulded and prepolished slab) with approved shade and colour, rounding the exposed edges, polishing and fixing to the main door/balcony door jams with approved make adhesive including finishing the surfaces with epoxy touch up etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing the existing PELMET, by drilling and fixing the pelmets with rawl plugs in masonry / concrete with necessary screws etc., all as per specification and as directed.
