E-003: 6000 Hrly/ 5 Yearly routines (A4) on both Gear boxes to be carried out, which comprises of the following as per maintenance schedule and maintops vide CGSMA letter 364/25/1 dated 19 Dec 19. Including all in way jobs. (a) Visually check flexible clutch. (b) Visually check flexible engine and transmission mounting. (c) Visually check / inspect clutch discs. (d) Visually check / inspect running gears. (e) Check priming and trailing oil pumps. (f) Checks control unit. (g) Check actuation device. (h) Recalibrate display devices. (j) Clean Oil cooler and carry out pressure testing. (k) Check input shaft seal. (l) Check output shaft seal. (m) Check hoses and cable for wear & tear / damage, replace if necessary. (n) Check flow limiting valve. (p) Check oil jet control valve. (q) Testing / Calibration of all sensors / switches/ safety devices and provide certificates. (r) Calibrate all sensors for set alarms and shot down.
