Comprehensive, preventive and periodical Maintenance of 8 Passenger Lift - 02 Nos Make : TKE with travelling speed of 1 m/s installed at 110 Single Offrs Accn as mentioned herein after, in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques and expertise consultancy (by manufacturer Johanson). Regularly examining lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment, governer sleeve, shaft assembly, bearing/contact/governer jaws car and hall mechenical buttons, car and hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal/fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guid rails and buffers etc. including replacement of defective/spares parts as coverd under scope of MOU (Platinum) as required .

S&F in replacement of Battery 12 volts, 18 AH, dry type for ARD Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Cross Flow Fan, 200 mm sweep metalic body as per existing size and including dismantling of old one Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED panel light fittings 5 watts with reflector including dismanttling of old on Complete all as specified and directed. Make : Philips/Wipro/Crompton

S&F of Safety warning instruction plate (SS) Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Three way intercom (Press & Speak) Handset Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB 4 pole 63 A 16 kA in sheet metal enclosure fix to wall Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing (in replacement) 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning Complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T / Havells /scheider/Indoasian.
