Complete rewinding, testing and commissioning of 10 HP three phase, 440V, 50Hz, 1455 RPM electric motor of vacuum pump with superior quality enamel coated and insulated copper wire after extracting the burnt one. Impregation of rewound coils with suitable quality of insulating varnish and drying it by suitable means. The job further includes repairs to worn out bearing seat etc by way of re-metalling and machining. The job also includes providing and fitting of ball bearing of SKF make respectively after extracting of damaged one. (old part to be retained by the firm)
Providing and fitting of pressure switch having sensing element: copper alloy, differential: 0.009-0.4bar, range: (-)1...0 bar for Vacuum pump.
