M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers (base layer 10mm & finishing layer 5mm thick) in cement mortar (1:4) using liquid water proofing compound in finishing layer on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall,facia,chajjas etc surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish, out off the premises, etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of make Pidilite/Bauchemic/Fosrock, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface and apply two coat of exterior acrylic weather proof antifungal emulsion paint of approved brand and shade in camouflange pattern over a coat of primer all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly/previously old plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coats of wall care putty not less than 3mm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated or undecorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and applying one coat of exterior acrylic weather proof antifungal emulsion paint of approved brand and shade in camouflange pattern at any height and any place where required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated or undecorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of approved brand and shade in camouflange pattern at any height and any place where required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated or undecorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and applying one coat of of white wash at any height and any place where required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing painted steel surfaces of any description, exc 10cm in width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing painted wooden surfaces of any description, exc 10cm in width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old AC sheet roof and apply one coat of exterior acrylic weather proof antifungal emulsion paint of approved brand in camouflange pattern in patches at different locations to match the colour shade of existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old CGI sheet roof and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand in camouflange pattern in patches at different locations to match the colour shade of existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of concrete floor surfaces and applying two coats of floor paint of approved brand and shade over a coat of primer all as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint for marking numbering in any position ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for marking/numbering using white synthetic enamel paint over and including black painted surface including writing letters or figures ( Block, Roman, Italic or Indian ) n exc 30 cm height, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - Height of each letter shall remain 100mm (10CM) Note for all items: The colour and shades as required shall be approved by GE and contracor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account at later stage. General Note for all srl items 1 to 14:- In multistoryed building, the work shall be carried out after provision of scaffolding and following all safety precautions. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted and , nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.
