Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width or n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exe 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of cable,foundation etc and getting out in hard surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed including spreading, leveling at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, Laying,connecting,testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed ,armoured heavy duty UG cable with stranded alluminium conductors 120 sqmm x 3.5 core,1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches/wall/Ducts/roof/pole/through pipe ,compleate all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable one. Note :- (i) Pipe and bricks for cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately as per site . Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) for filling and making good of disturbed surfaces of road/hard standing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) for coping of poles up to 30 cm above ground including necessary form work, and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of damaged PCC coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with 40 mm graded aggregate including demolition complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) for filling and making good of disturbed surfaces of road/hard standing/Copping of street light pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified. Note:- Punned depth shall be measured and paid.

Materials & labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth strip protected by and including 40mm dia GI pipe(light grade), alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 20 mm bore GI tubing for watering to earth electrode, earth strip connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion including taking out old earthing complete.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 15mm dia GI pipe (Light grade) and 20mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) for watering and connected to control switch as directed including necessary earthwork as in soft/loose soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100mm C/C both way and two Nos lifting handle made of 12mm dia TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, char coal or coke and salt in alternate layer, testing, etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I including taking down old earthing.

Supply and fix GI wire as earth continuity conductor including taking down old unserviceable earth wire compleate all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing front door panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet of size 150X100 cm in cluding angle iron size 50x50x6mm, double door type with locking arrangements ,duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to cover distribution board under stair case of the bldg including taking out old panel and including neccessary cement work and brik work etc.As per direction of engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 4 way vertical type TPN DB in double door suitable for triple pole /four pole MCCB as incomer but without MCCB/MCB including making good of damaged surface/wall including re-connection with existing earth wire to DB including taking out old unserviceable DB all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix Hot pressed moulded SMC junction box of 300mmx150mmx170mm to be fixed to pole with provision of aluminium bus bar rated 150Amp of size 25x6 mm and one number SP MCB 10 Amp 'C' Series, 230 Volt inside the box fixed including taking down old unserviceable junction box complete all as specified and as directed. (Make-: Model-JB- MI0100 of Hensel/ Sintex or equivalent as approved by GE).

Supplying, fixing, connection and testing MCCB, 4 pole, 63 Amp capacity, 16/18/25 KA rupturing capacity, AC 415 volts including taking down old unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Two run of 6.0 Sqmm + one run of 6 Sqmm cable + one run pvc casing caping shall be measured as an one Unit.

Supply and fix of 4way TPN DB in ( double door) including taking out the old unserviceable one and making good the disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure single pole & neutral for DBs (Doble door) 8 way with 200 amps rated busbar after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB single pole & neutral 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs complete inculding taking down the old unserviceable one all as specified as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB single pole 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified as directed. (i) Cost of lugs shall be included in the unit rate.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB TPN 40 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified as directed.
