Demolition of stone/brick masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as dierected.

Taking down shutter of steel gate exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 Sqm for repairing/removing of MS steel hinges, steel rusted members etc including refixing of the same with necessary repair all as specified and as directed. Note:- Members if any replaced will be paid separately in other respective items

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforce-ment cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Precast cover slab , shelves and similar articles and setting in mortarcomplete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions Square, rectangular surfaces of concrete complete all as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete Type C-2 (1:3:6) 40 mm graded Stone aggregate in surfaces channel or drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, ier aps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall/ ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of colour wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc.(wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as speciified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes in soft/ loose soil each not exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm, removing surplus soil outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in fdn, filling and mass concrete and similar works all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 15 mm soacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including , securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Running welding in repairs for the metal to be welded in thickness exc 20mm but n exc 25mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel work as in fencing posts/ flat iron as in straps to hold chain link fencing incl. cutting tops to shape as directed including drilling holes, notching for wire etc.,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.)incl. all necessary drilling, welding bolting or riveting etc. and similar work confirming to Fe 2900(Gde- E- 165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation for new steel or iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,exc 10 cm girth and applying two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation for new steel or iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,exc 10 cm girth and applying two coat of black japan paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete at fence post below GL complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete decorative designed tiles 25 mm thick of size 30cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick or as approved set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey pigment cement and pigments in floor including 20 mm thick screed bed/bedding layer of cement mortar in 1:6 including dismantling old unserviceable louver and jallies frame complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.
