Dismantling of existing glass coping including screed over PCC band to receive the brick mansonary etc, complete all as specified and as diretced.

Demolition of brick or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement /cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel framed brackets work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors for angles or tees with web and flangescut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles as necessary, gusset plates, reviting, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling hoes, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc for doors, balusters, including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. not exceeding 10 kg each brackets and confirming to Fe-410 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks/bed plates, coping, hold fast and the like including necessary form work and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and finishing the exposed surfaces even and fair complete all as specified.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specied and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, etc and finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer over newly plastered surface of walls including preparation surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint over old surface of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and preparation surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel or iron surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coat of Aluminium paint over one coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to angle notching, any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and , provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Supply and fix for concentrina punched type zinc coated 610 mm dia (approximate weight 8-9 kg per each coil) stretchable to 6 mtr length which cover the area of 50 numbers of spiral turns made out of 2.60 mm thick coil having blade of size 0.50 mm thick and 19 mm long as in fencing to steel post including fixing with special galvanised fasteners such as 'J' clips, 'C' clips & 'U' clips as fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for raking out joints /pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses with cement mortar 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 24 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving lum Sum for Acceptance.
