Taking down steel/wooden shutters of any description any type n.exc. 1 sq each by cutting, as directed by Engr-in-Charge by using gas cutter or blade etc and making good remaining portion of chowkhats and damaged plastering for fixing of new windows complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frame n exc. 1.5 sqm (without taking off shutters) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exc. 1.5 sqm and n.exc. 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified.

Material & labour for mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays, for rainwater, fan clamps ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintol hanges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall tiles, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. and removing of the rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing powder coated aluminium sliding glazed windows with three track, three shutter sliding with following specification and making good the adjacent side etc. shifting of existing cooler stand where required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) Windows frame of cross section 101mm x 44mm x 1.5mm thick. (ii) Three way track for sliding shutters of cross section 92mm x 31.75mm x 1.5mm thick. (iii) Sliding shutter frame of cross section 40x20x1.5 mm thick. (iv) 4 mm thick tinted glass superior quality. (v) IDPE Rubber guasket for fixing of glass. (vi) Locking cleats per shutter - 01 Nos. (vii) Sliding rollers per shutter - 02 Nos. (viii) Stainless steel 0.31mm dia wire cloth nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm for shutters 01 Nos. (xi) Fixing screw for frame with wall per window - 08 Nos.

Material & labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide complete all as specified and directed. Make of Paint:- Asian Paint (Apcolite) , Goodlass Nerolac Paints (Nerolac) , ICI Paint (Dulux Gloss)

Material and labour preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or grith not other wise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Make of Paint:- Asian Paint (Apcolite) , Goodlass Nerolac Paints (Nerolac) , ICI Paint (Dulux Gloss)

Material and labour complete removal of existing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pillasters, comics etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot moulds, moss and effloresence salts and trading oil and greasy spot washing down with water including complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of new wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall on internal old/ new wall surfaces as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Putty:- JK White , Birla White.

Material & labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on prepared wall putty surfaces of internal wall all as specified and directed. Make of oil distemper:- Asian Paint , Goodlass Nerolac Paints , Bergar

Material & labour prepared old/ newly plastered wall surface fill the surface cracks upto 5mm depth by K2 crack seal, and apply two coats of (each coat means one verticle & one horizontal brushing) K2 Elastomeric decorative exterior water proofing coating white or coloured over a coat of K2 Uniprime efflorescence resistence primer all as specified by manufactured instruction and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour preparing of newly applied water proofing treatment paint on external wall, pillasters, comices etc and applying one coats of coloured acrylic water emulsion paint over a coat of precoated treatment as manufacturer instruction complete all as specified. Make of acrylic water emulsion paint:- Asian (Apex Ultima) or Nerolac (Excel total) or weather shield max (ICI Dulux) Make of Primer - Asian (X2), Nerolac, Berger.

Removel and re-fixing of palmet, venition blinds, curtains of any pattern or type etc., in same old position after fixing of new window/ grill and making good and match to existing surface by using wall putty, distemper, paint of any colour complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down window grills and refixing the same in new or old position or adjusting the grill from existing position front or back for fixing of Aluminium fly proofing windows including making good windows jombs to match existing surface by using cement plaster etc.
