Removing of plants & shrubs, girth not less than 3.0 cm including roots by dismantling of brick work, PCC/RCC work including necessary scaffolding any type in any location/position i.e. roof, parapet wall, near pipes etc after removal of roots trees, scrubs etc from any location of wall and making good the disturbed portion using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 and 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) including applying acid after removing roofs for preventing the regrowth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing roof treatment (any thickness) including layer of bitumen felt, concrete padding and benching including hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete to receive new roof treatment including removing rubbish off the premises to a distance exc 0.5 km but n exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 50mm thick,1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) for padding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement but using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.(Note- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for water based liquid elastomeric water proofing membrane for roof treatment consisting of light fast non-lead / chrome pigments with acrylic co-polymer binder having volatile organic compound 15-45gms / ltr with minimum density of 1.26 + 0.02 gm/cubic cm and minimum dry thickness of 600-800 microns including surface preparation complete all as per manufacturers specification and as directed. (Make : Aquatech exterior roof waterproof of IWL/STP/Dulux/Berger/Asian or equivalent as in the list of make)

Dismantling of old unserviceable floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Light shade Vitrified tiles 8 to10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc. 0.18 sqm but n.exc. 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggragate as in , sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for providing 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1(:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor, laid in bays, finish the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying 1.50mm thick wall care putty and appling two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer to wall to new plaster surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall by vaccume based sanding machine, and applying two coats of Anti Fungal paint white or coloured by Auto Roller over a coat of primer, including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and as directed as per manufacturers instructions.
