To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years (i.e. 2020-2021 to 2024-2025) satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, for at least one similar work such as Construction of Compound wall or any civil structure works of value not less than Rs.18.0 lakhs) (usually not less than 50% estimated value of work put to tender) Note: The Experience certificate from the competent Govt/semi Govt/Govt undertaking/ Public limited companies shall be furnished. The certificate should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Employer who has executed the agreement in case of Govt/ semi Govt authorities and General Manager in respect to Public limited company & Govt undertaking

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-2021 to 2024-2025) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering works only) of Rs. 36.00 lakh (usually not less than the estimated cost) Note: The Balance sheet, profit and loss statement and turnover certificate certified by chartered accountant bearing UDIN Number should be scanned and uploaded through KPPP

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under:Assessed available tender capacity(AxNx2.5-B)
