M&L Point wiring with 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through and incl PVC rigid concealed conduit (ISI Marked) suitable size with all accessories having thickness not less than 1.8mm incl sheet steel/ CI terminal box of adequate size having thickness not less than 2mm including 3mm thick hylem/masonite sheet including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable of green colour as earth conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for one light / fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Connections of cable with MCBs/Switch Sockets shall be done through proper size copper/brass thimbles. 2. Conduit shall be fixed on surface of roof with necessary saddles where concealing of conduit in not feasible. 3. Proper colour code will be used for wiring as per the electrical rule and as directed.

S&f of GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade along with ceiling fan hook clamped by nuts and bolts,fixing in both side of wall along the ceiling by providing hole for inserting GI pipe and plastering the same with matching the existing surface finishes complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable with in and including PVC concealed conduit heavy duty 20mm dia having thickness not less than 1.8 mm with all fittings including anodise pressed steel sunken box having thickness not less than 2mm with 3mm thick bakelite laminated sheet ISI marked suitable for 5 pin 15 amps socket outlet ,including 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor connected to comman earth dolly including cutting chiseling for concealed piping and making good disturbed surface finishing the surface to match with the existingsurface complete all as specified and directed.Note: (a) Insulation test of point wiring (b) colour coding is to be maintained

Note: (i) The Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of PV modules, module mounting structures, inverters, batteries, monitoring devices and connected items. (ii) The make of solar panel and solar inverter shall be indigenous & MNRE approved. Certificate for the same along with technical specification shall be produced before placing order. Makes of solar panel and inverter TATA/HAVELLS/PANASONIC/BOSH or equivalent approved makes of HQ CEWC. (iii) Plant shall be installed on the roof of existing structure and equipment etc will be fixed on roof and in the rooms of existing structure any damage caused to the existing structure during the execution of work shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (NIL). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249.
