S&F heat resistance tiles of size 300x300x8-10mm thick on roof slab of any colour approved over and laid over and including 15mm thick in CM 1:4.Techinical specification of roof tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in benching (gola ) making concave shape gola of 80mm radius at juctions of roof/terrace with parapets/sides walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows :- (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brushes to remove sharp projections,cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/ plaster etc complete. (b) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC , finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 100 gms per sqm, over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3 mm thick APP based polymeric membrane, (mineral finish) minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) by torch application. The overlapping while torching shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement/ as per site requirement and cured well before laying membrane by torching. (ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage. (iii) Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by approved authorised applicator of manufacturer only.The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the work. (iv) The independent testing of membrane for technical parameters given in particular specifications shall be carried out from Govt approved labs having fascilities for testing of membrane. (v) The guarantee of treatment shall be for minimum 10 years reckoned from date of completion of whole work.

Dismantling for floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600x300x7mm mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical sufaces such as skirting or dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and direted.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick (minimum size 55 cms x 55 cms) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing including 15mm of screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and direted.

M & L 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slabs as in vertical surfces such as risers of steps/vertical surfaces over cement backing coat and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing also moulding edges including 10mm of backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and direted.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 13.00 above but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joint, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and direted.

Supply and application of two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar where local spalling has teken place or shuttering is not possible. The Mortar can be applied from a minimum of 5mm to 15mm thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto 100 mm thickness in horizontal applications. The Mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12 N/mm2 in 1 day and 4 5N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum Flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitous systems to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of microconcrete to be used @ 6 lit/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24 N/mm2 Minimum Tensile strength 3.5 N/mm2, Minimum Flexural Strength 6.5 N/mm2 including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note for Ser No 140.00 to 148.00 : (i) For the structural repair and strengthening and rehabilitation, roof treatment and sunken treatment shall be applied by the Company’s authorised applicator firm only. (ii) Contractor has to get prior approval of applicator or authorised agency by submitting its authorization letter to this office for approval prior to commencement of work. Department will conduct an official verification from the manufacturer of its authorised agency. (iii) Submission of 10 years warranty certificate for structural repair and roof treatment work over roof is mandatory after completion of work. (iv) The cost of scaffolding, temporary supports work required at certain places in included in the respective items catered for repairs itself. No extra cost shall be paid for the same.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of solar water heating system at roof top building (Heat exchanger type) having capacity 200 LPD (02 Nos flat plate collector of 100 LPD each) confirming to IS-12933 Part-1 complete with copper riser tube, copper heating tube, copper heat absorber complete based on indirect transfer of heat (at temperature 60 degree centigrade to 70 degree centigrade) having insulation of rock wool/mineral wool 50mm thick at bottom and 25mm thick with toughened tempered glass of 4mm thick and cladding with aluminium sheet and absorber with 40x40x6mm enameled coated MS angle iron structure, with accessories, fasteneres etc duly grouted in PCC 1:2:4 (30x30x30cm block) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with hot water storage capacity 200 liters with inner shell fabricated from stainless steel sheet 1mm thick (having insulation of rock wool) mineral wool 100mm thick & cladding with 26SWG aluminium sheet with heating element 3KW, 02 Nos as electric backup of capacity or as per manufacturer's instructions/design, recommendation with heat exchanger in hot water tank with necessary makeup tank of stainless steel, 01 No float valve 20mm dia of brass to maintain water in collectors and hot water tank, temperature gauge (100 degree centigrade), brass gate valve in cold and hot water pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only exhaust fan (M.D. supply) and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose/connector to fan all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
