B/R Works

M&L for PCC type E-2 (1:5:10), using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in filling & mass concrete, sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in chajjas/ cooking platform etc including necessary formwork with and including 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 to finish even and smooth of conrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using sub class B bricks/fly ash brick as specified in PS , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using sub class B bricks/fly ash brick as specified in PS, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Factory made 35 mm thick ,2nd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a);,etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Factory made 30 mm thick ,2nd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters for window, open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a);,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, thickness 30 mm,etc complete all all as specified.

S & F Solid PVC door frame of the size 50mmx47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm thick Wood grain Printed PVC sheet reinforced with 15mmx15mm M.S. Square Tubes of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and miter cut at two corners and jointed with 2nos of 150mm long brackets of 10mm x 10mm M S square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M S screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 nos of screw to be provided for each vertical member and minimum of 2 nos of screws to be provided horizontal member etc complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge & Manufactures direction.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC Sheet & 5mm thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mmx10mm (90 Degree)used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading & PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and a gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site all as specified in SSR part-II 2020 Section-8, clause 8B.1 to 8B.2.1 and shown on drawing in page No 146 of SSR part-II 2004.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood beadings, straight or chamfered or rounded, 25mm wide, fixed to existing wooden frame work with necessary glue, nails etc., fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Soft rubber beading, 50 to 65 mm wide, 5mm thick fixed in repairs the bottom of door shutters with screws, nails, adhesive and covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading of 20mm wide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made PVC Cupboard Shutter Flush type of 22mm thickness consisting of panel of hollow PVC profile of 12mm x 12mm inserted all around the hollow profile section and insert one 10mmx10mm MS tube in the center of this section and lipped with 10mm(5mmx2)thick and 12mm wide on stiles and rails using solvent cement. The inner panel shall be laminated with 5mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire retardant printed PVC sheet using solvent cement on both the sides of the panel. The front side of the panel visible in the front of the shutter to be edge bonded using 20mmx1mm the PVC leaping on both the edges with locking arrangement of both panels etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge & Manufacturers’ Specifications.

S&F, Factory made PVC shelf of 22mm thickness consisting of panel of hollow PVC profile of 12mm thickness consisting of M S frame made out of M S tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 12mmx12mm inserted all around the hollow profile section and insert one 12mmx12mm M S tube in the center of this section and lipped with 10mm(5mmx2)th and 12mm wide on stiles and rails using solvent cement.The inner panel shall be laminated with 5mm th termite proof water proof and fire retardent plan PVC sheet using solvent cement on both the sides of panel.The front side of the partition visible in the front of the cupboard to be edge bonded using 20mmx1mm th plain PVC Leeping on both edges etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Decorative laminates type I, 0.9-1 mm thick of matt finish, colour and pattern as approved by GE, fixed with approved adhesive complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather roof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick (Average thickness) on sunken surfaces including flashings, finished even and fair in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with and including water proofing compound as per recommended ratio, after brushing cement slurry @ 1.20 kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clean the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC Slab surface for full depth of sunken floor by wire brush. Chisel out any mortar sticking the surface and applying FOSROC Nitoproof 600PF (minimum 0.8 mm dft) over a priming coat of Nitoproof WB Primer or equivalent product of Asian paints, M/s MC Bauchemie/CIPY/ SIKA/ Pidilite/ DR Fixit/ Thermex STP applied as per manufacturers instructions and full vertical sides of sunken floors. Fill it with water and check for dampness and seepage. In case the slightest indication of seepage/ leakage to be noticed, the same shall be rectified by injection grouting to seal all cracks or application of polymer modified mortar FOSROC nitobond SBR or equivalent of M/s MC Bauchemie/CIPY/ SIKA/ Pidilite/ DR Fixit/ Thermex STP/ Asian Paints admixed with integral WPC or cementations crystalline waterproofing compound in the affected area to steal all cracks and micro cracks if any, and this shall be done by contractor at his own cost. All junctions points of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick, cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, as in plinth protection, and joints shall be sealed with joint sealing comound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring and like finished etc. finished even and smooth without using extra complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dark shade (Double Charged) , Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer CM 1:4 etc completed all as specified

M&L for preparation of old external decorated/undecorated surfaces of walls, pilasters, cornices, etc up to three storey buildings by removing complete existing treatment from wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint of approved shade including on coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
