Removal of jungle grass/creepers from the terrace and other parts of the monuments/abbutting mounument, including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass,bush wood, and saplings and removal of rubbish upto a lead of 100 mts. Without damaging the monument/its historic fabric

Careful Demolishing of brick tile masonry damaged and cracked including height at any level racking out joints (manually) in lime mortar and disposal of material as per directions of the Engineer In-charge including use of shuttering/pad upto floor V level (complete)

Brick tile masonry using common burnt clay building tiles of "B" class in super structure upto floor V level in lime mortar 1 lime :2 sand:1 Surkhi including cost/carraige of material and shuttering.

Labour rate for brick tiles available at site but including cost of material like lime surkhi and shuttering complete as per the instructions of Engineer Incharge

25 mm thick lime plaster in lime mortar 1 lime:2 sand :1 surkhi on fair side of stone/brick tile walls including grouting inside and outside plastering including cost /carriage of material at site including shuttering/pad upto floor V level complete as per the instructions of Engineer Incharge

Providing and laying upto floor two level lime concrete with graded stone aggregate with 12.5 mm size and 50% mortar comprising of 1lime:2 sand:4 aggregate and curing compelte for 50mm thick coping including cost/carriage of material at site

Providing and fixing 1st class well seasoned and chemically treated deodar wood (of approved quality) work in beams, ties, karis(purlins) and columns, section of various sizes as per site including traiditional wooden joinry of members and fixed in position in traiditioanl detail/manner as directed by Engineer incharge. All members to be finished from all sides with anti termite treatment upto all heights including necessary framework/scafolding etc required to complete the task. Item also includes anti termite treatment of wood before fixing the frame at site and including cost/carriage of material upto site of work.

Providing and laying of plank of deodar wood (40 mm thick) at floor and ceiling, 150 to 200 mm wide and atleast 2M long over the wooden purlins, as directed by Engineer Incharge and including all leads, lfits and carriage. Fixing of planks include planning taking out Tounged and grooved joints, fixing with nails with purlins all members to be finished from all sides with red oxide of appropriate shade as approved by Engineer Incharge. All timber to be free of knots, cracks etc. Item also includes anti termite treatment of wood before fixing the frame at site and including cost/carriage of material

providing and laying of twin layer brick tiles in lime surkhi martor over wooden planks as directed by Engineer incharge at the designated levels including all leads lifts and carriage involved. All complete as per instructions of the Engineer Incharge.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground as approved by Engineer-in Charge.
