Supply and fix including testing "Lithium based Energy Efficient Integrated Solar Street light (2 x 20W) with polyurethane coating encases solar PV panel 80Wp mono crystalline, lithium battery 11.1/12.8V, 39.6AH with inbuilt BMS, high brightness System Lumen Min 140 lm/Watt lamp, in a single FRP body / aluminium with aluminium reflector for better light distribution,CRI >70, color temperature 6500K, microcontroller based charge controller cum driver, automatic dimming function (first hours at full brightness & rest of the time at lower light level with PIR motion sensor), dusk to down operation, lux output 20-25 from 8-9 mtr height, working temperature(-) 30C to (+) 55C, approx weight (18-20) kgs, suitable for 9 mtr pole complete all as specified and directed Note : Unit rate of this item also includes followings, therefore tenderer are hereby advised to quote their rate accordingly. However nothing extra shall be admissible on account of any misunderstand. (i) Cleaning of Panel for solar light shall be carried out by contractor during two years period from the physical date of completion of work., therefore contractor has to arrange manpower including T&P and water for cleaning etc. at his own end. (ii) Testing of lights shall be done by rep of Accepting Officer in factory permissess before dispatch

Supply, fixing and erecting in true vertical position Steel tubular swaged pole 9 mtr long, type 410 SP-31 complete with and including GI bracket 1.2 m length of 40mm dia medium grade and including 02 nos of clamp of flat iron of size 32mmx6mm, Cast iron base plate finial taper plug, MS Clamp, bolts, nuts, washers as specified, painted internally throughout and externally up to the embedded depth with two coats of black bitumnous paint and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including providing 30cm wide alternate strips with yellow and black synthetic enamal paint upto 1.2m high from ground level and numbering the pole (with black and white paint),complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, returning , removal and PCC foundation including coping of this item shall be measured and paid separately in in respective items.

Supply, fixing, testing, installations and commissioning of 5 KW off grid solar power plant complete including following equipment accessories including MMS (as per OEM design) and other misc accessories for gourd room :- (a) Solar Panal capacity should be min 500 Watt (b) Solar inverter of suitable capacity for 5KW solar power plant. (c) Lead acid battery for power backup of min 72 hours suitable for 5KW solar power plant. (d) Output should be min 5 KW AC 240V. Make : Luminous, UTL Solar, Tata Power or any other MNRE approved make Note : (i) Unit rate of item also including the following elements. This aspect shall be kept in mind while quoting their rates. However, nothing extra shall be admissible on account of any misunderstanding. (ii) The items also include, design, supply, fabrication and installation of fixed module mounting structure (MMS) as per OEM design. The MMS drawings shall be approved by Accepting Officer before execution at site. However MMS shall be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paint (iii) Cleaning of Panel for solar power plant shall be carried out by contractor during two years period from the physical date of completion of work. (iv) PCC required for errection of accessories of plant being there solar plant shall be installed ot roof of Gaurd room.

(c) Lead acid battery for power backup of min 72 hours suitable for 2KW solar power plant. (d) Output should be min 2 KW AC 240V. Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of annealed single copper DC String cable of 1 core x 16 Sqmm Solar grade, UV resistant 1.5 kV rated DC Cables with elctron beam XLPO insultaion confirming to IEC IEC 60754-1 & IEC 60754-2, IEC 60332-1, IEC 60332-3-24., IEC 61034. Temperature range -40 to +1200 C average energy loss in DC cabling shall be <1.5% from solar panel to inverter complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed Note:- Excavation, earthwork and removal shall be measured and paid separately in respective items.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of annealed flexiable copper cable string cable of 2 core x 4 Sqmm Solar grade, UV resistant 1.5 kV rated DC Cables with elctron beam XLPO insultaion confirming to IEC IEC 60754-1 & IEC 60754-2, IEC 60332-1, IEC 60332-3-24., IEC 61034. Temperature range -40 to +1200 C average energy loss in DC cabling shall be <1.5% from solar panel to inverter complete all as specified and directed Note:- Excavation, earthwork and removal shall be measured and paid separately in respective items in case same is laid in trenches.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 4 sqmm Single core DC Solar Cable UV resistant 1.5 KV rated SC cable with electron beam xlpo insulation conforming to IEC 60754-1 and IEC 60754-2, IEC 60332-1, IEC 60332-3-24 complete all as specified and directed Note:- Excavation, earthwork and removal shall be measured and paid separately in respective items in case same is laid in trenches.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate of this item including the cost of removal of surplus soil to distance of not exc. 50 M as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed
