Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors (below or above ground level ) not exceeding 15 cm thickness and including removing demolished PCC form site depositing where as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for coloured joint free non skid ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc. set and and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) finished even and rough to receive the top layer all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 3 above here-in- after but vertical surfaces glazed ceramic tiles, over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M & L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1 : 6 all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured joint free glazed ceramic tiles 450 x 300 x 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering/bedding layer in CM 1:4 on brick work /stone masonary or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured (light shade) vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and the shade of the tiles including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1 : 6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for coloured (dark shade) vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and the shade of the tiles including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1 : 6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC ,type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in toping layer of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for interlocking tiles etc all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring under floor all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as in levelling course for fixing of interlocking tiles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for machine pressed coloured rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block with pigment any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick sub base in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) all as specified.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles rubber moulded 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and pigments over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 all as specified and dirtected.

M&L cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair including making joints at every 2.5 m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing machine cut kota stone slab mirror finished flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base/rendering laid and jointed as in floor/steps (treads/risers/dados etc ) with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 15mm thich screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specifed and dirrected.

M&L 20-25 mm thick Kota stone tiles (Pre-mirror polished), in riser of steps, skirting,dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles including rounding the edges of kota stone over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), surfaces finished even and rough to receive tiles, all as specified and directed.

M&L granite (of any type) work ( table rubbed & polished), 18 to 20mm thick, in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cill, cooking platforms & like in cement mortar (1:4) including polishing of chamfered edges and pointing in white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) necessary cutting, notching etc for sink all as specified & directed..

M&L Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20mm to 25 thick, over and including cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete necessary cutting, notching etc for sink all as directed.

Chamfer, splays, or arris in facework of cudappah stone exc 15mm wide but n exc 50mm wide

M&L for drilling holes for pipes etc in cadappa including RCC slab n exc 40mm dia and nexc 100 mm depth

S & F in repair Vitreous China Squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with `P' or `S' trap, front or back inlet and integral foot rests including connection to trap, to flushing pipe etc. complete including PCC for making good to floor etc. all as directed.

S & F in repairs 10 liters PVC valveless symphonic action type flushing cistern high/low level, white complete with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and telescopic down pipes and joint with WC complete all as directed.

S & F PVC connection 15 mm bore size with PTMT nuts and PVC washers of length 450 mm.

Dismantling water tank of capacity exc. 500 Litre but n.exc.1000 Litre, open or closed and removing to stores all as directed.

S & F 1000 Litres capacity rotational moulded polythylene three layer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I.
