Maining and operation of central AC/ Chilling / package AC / Evaporative cooling plant of different capacity at various locations having compressors with its connected items such as condensers / chillers, water circulating pumps, blowers, blower motor, cooling tower with fan and motor including connected starters etc in all respect for smooth running of AC plants during the running period to maintain designed Air Conditioning/chilled water temperature inside the building as per working hours mentioned below and cleaning of all equipments and sweeping inside and outside of the installation and maintaining of log sheet on daily basis and required routine maintenance like tightening of pump gland, filling of new gland and new gland nut bolts and minor electrical complaints of motor pump and panel and starter etc for smooth functioning of plant complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity of plants & working hours : - (a) AC Palnts: (i) 3x50 TR AC Plant at CRS (ii) 3x30 TR AC plant at H No 8 (b) Working hours: (i) From 0630 Hrs to 1700 Hrs on every Monday of week (ii) From 0630 Hrs to 1430 Hrs on every Tuesday to Friday (iii) Saturday, Sunday & Gazetted holiday no operation

All as per item No 1 above but capacity 2 x 25 TR AC Plant at E&IRS & 2X11 TR package AC plant at Bearing lab.

All as per item No 1 above but capacity 3 x 20 TR AC plant at Red Baron, package type AC plant capacity 2 x 5.5 TR and water cooled package type AC 3X5 TR plant at Calibration lab.

All as per item No 1 above but capacity 3 x 60 TR at Module -2.

Notes for Srl Item No. 1 to 5 above (i) Cleaning of all AC plants, machinery and inside and outside location is the responsibility of contractor. (ii) If any operator found absent from duty Rs. 1500/- per day per shift will be recovered from the contractor. (iii) If the contractor failed to commence the work on due date Rs. 2000/- per installation per day will be recovered from the contractor till commencement of the work. (iv) Contractor will provide Police Verification of all operators before comencement of the work. (v) If the contractor failed to provide duty roaster duly affixed photograhph of operator in original before commencement of every month duty Rs. 500/- per day per installation will be recovered from the contractor. (vi) Before commencement of work contractor will provide all documents such as educational qualification, ID proof of operator in duplicate otherwise Rs. 100/- per day will be recovered from the contractor. (vii) Contractor wil be maintain Attendance Register, Visitor register, maintenace record register, daily log sheet, operator payment register and produce every month to the Engineer-in- Charge. (viii) The contractor should be employed only ITI holder in specific trade. (ix) The operator deployed shall be in uniform indicating the name of individual and firm.
