Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

All other terms and conditions are as per the tender documents

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

For 09.00x20 Radial TTF: The tenderer should be a 09.00x20 Radial Tyre manufacturer who must have supplied the 09.00x20 Radial Tyre, Tube and Flap up to at least 80% of tendered quantity (560 sets) to Chassis manufacturers/ STUs/ all their vendors including their dealers/ open market in any one of the last 3 years (i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). For 10.00x20 Radial TTF: The tenderer should be a 10.00x20 Radial Tyre manufacturer who must have supplied the 10.00x20 Radial Tyre, Tube and Flap up to at least 80% of tendered quantity (4400 sets) to Chassis manufacturers/ STUs/ all their vendors including their dealers/ open market in any one of the last 3 years (i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). Tubeless Radial Tyre of size 295/80R, 22.5 : The tenderer should be a tyre manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the Tubeless Radial Tyre of size 295/80R, 22.5 up to at least 80% of tendered quantity (1040 numbers) to Chassis manufacturers/ STUs/ all their vendors including their dealers/ open market in any one of the last 3 years (i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26).Tubeless Radial Tyre of size 235/75R, 17.5 The tenderer should be a tyre manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the Tubeless Radial Tyre of size 235/75R, 17.5 up to at least 80% of tendered quantity (640 numbers) to Chassis manufacturers/ STUs/ all their vendors including their dealers/ open market in any one of the last 3 years (i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). Tubeless Radial Tyre size 215-75R 15 The tenderer should be a tyre manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the Tubeless Radial Tyre of size 215-75R 15 up to at least 80% of tendered quantity (128 numbers) to Chassis manufacturers/ STUs/ all their vendors including their dealers/ open market in any one of the last 3 years (i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26).

Financial Status

The supplier should have average annual turnover (from the sale of Tyre, Tube, Flap and/ or Tubeless Tyres) of Rs. 19.00 crores during last 3 preceding financial years (i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25)In respect of Micro and Small Enterprises, the turnover criteria is as under.The tenderer (Micro and Small Enterprises) should have minimum average annual turnover (from the sale of Tyre, Tube, Flap and/ or Tubeless Tyres) of Rs. 9.50 crores during last 2 preceding financial years (i.e., 2023-24 and 2024-25).
