Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Should have achieved a Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 90.00 Lakhs (Rs. Ninty lakh) pertaining to civil works for any of 2 (two) financial years from last preceding Five years i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. Upload a copy of audited balance sheet and profit & loss accounts statement certified by a Chartered Accountant along with Income Tax Return Acknowledgement for respective Years.

To Qualify for award of this contract the Tenderer has to furnish Liquid assets statement or availability of credit facilities for an amount not less than Rs. 27.00 Lakhs (Rs.Twenty Seven Lakh)- letter of credit issued from any nationalized Bank / Schedule bank ( excluding Co-operative banks ) in the prescribed format. To Qualify for award of this contract the assessed available Tender capacity of the tenderer should be more than the amount put to tender. Note: The bid capacity of the tenderer is calculated based on the formula as per KTTP Act. Assessed Available Tender Capacity equal ( (A X N x 2.5) - B) Where A equal Maximum value of Civil Engineering works, updated to 2021-22 price level, executed in any one year during the last five years.( Completed as well as works in progress ).B equal Value at 2021-22 price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next two years.N equal Number of years prescribed for completion of the work for which tender is invited. 2.5 equal Multiplying factor for assessing the available tender capacity for works costing less than Rs.100.00 Lakhs. Contractor has to upload statement showing the maximum value of Civil Engineering Works executed in any one year, taking into account completed works as well as works in progress, during the last five years and statement of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the listed works. ( ie. During the years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (Self Certificate as per the prescribed format , Annexure - B )

Performance security for unbalance Rates Within 20 Days of receipt of letter of acceptance, the successful bidder shall deliver to employer an amount equal to difference of sanctioned and approved bid amount in the form of D.D/ Banker cheque / Bank Guaranty in favour of Executive Engineer KKRTC CE Div Kalaburagi. The same will be refunded after completion of work. (Attach self declaration certificate)
