Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing of rubbish & debris to a distance not exceeding100 metres complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling,sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for sand filling under floor/foundation with washed and screened dry fine river sand including watering, well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, skirting, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concret interlocking paver block, any shape and size, conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment (coloured) all as specified and directed .

M&L for Machine pressed precast concret interlocking paver block, any shape and size, conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment (coloured) all as specified and directed .

S&F factory made precast kerb stones in PCC 1:2 :4 type B-1 including chamfers, weatherings,throatings etc in smooth finish & set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary excavtion and earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed and temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work etc and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed .

Supply only mild steel round or square bars ,flat iron conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair galvanised,2strand,steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made),diameter of neck 5 to10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair Factory made SFRC (Steel fiber Reinforcement Concrete) Manhole cover medium duty 900mmx450mmx70mm thickness including 2mm thick flat iron frame all round and make good of manhole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Factory made SFRC (Steel fiber Reinforcement Concrete cover & frame) HD-20 conforming to IS-12592, of size 560mmx560mm x90mm thickness and fixed over manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15mm cement Plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 Cement : 1/2 Coarse sand : 2 Stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with grooves all round as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note : Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately)

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 5mm thick rough cast plaster over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed . Note : The rough cast mixture shall consist of crushed stone / fine gravel aggregate, coarse sand & cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over the rendering coat.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies and in shelves complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, not exceeding 200mm thick, horizontal or sloping complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 10mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending and binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates etc of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing using Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for punched tape concertina coil, 600mm diameter ,06 metre openable length,having 50 Nos round per 06 metre, tied with angle iron post with necessary bolts,concertina coil of core wire diameter 2.5mm,blade thickness 0.5mm,blade length 12mm,width of blade 15mm and spacing of blade 26mm complete all as manufacturer and directed . Note: The weight of concertina coil shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of approved type and colour) work (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms, stair case landing or steps and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with approved shade of granite complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone/granite slabs, one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed Note :- A Sum of Rs. 1,63,503.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material.
