Inline Nebulization machine ( Controller System) i. The Nebulization unit should operate on vibrating mesh technology to generate uniform particle of 1-5 micron and should be controlled with wired controller. ii. The system should have a microprocessor-based controller to aerosolize the drug through the nebulisation unit. iii. The should be operated with AC/DC adapter (input 100 to 240 VAC 50-60 Hz, output 9V) or from a USB port on medical electrical equipment. iv. The AC/DC adapter should be warranted against defects in manufacturing for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Nebulization chamber with adapter 1. Nebulization unit should be capable of using with multiple modalities like mechanical ventilator, non-invasive ventilator, HFNC/HFOV machines, stand-alone nebulisation and continuous Nebulization. 2. It should be capable to support Nebulization through standard syringe pumps with dedicated / standard luer connectors eliminate the risk of misconnection. 3. Drop-by-drop continuous Nebulization control with the tubing priming volume range 2- 4ml. 4. The input rate of medication into the Nebulization unit under continuous Nebulization sgould be in a range of 10-12ml/hr. 5. the standalone Nebulization should be used with or without O2 via mouthpiece or mask . The Nebulizer should be validated for single patient use for up to 30 days intermittent use based upon a typical usage profile of 4 treatments per day or 7 days continuous use with the continuous Nebulization tube set.
