Charges for Petty Iron Works for fabrication of Cooling water pump intake screen stand & debris collection tray frames using suitable MS channel and MS angle. Marking, cutting & welding the MS channel along with MS angle as per the required dimension and fixing of wheels at necessary area for movement which includes welding & cutting charges, cost of welding electrodes and devolution of the corroded intake stand(Wheels are under contractor scope).

Charges for drilling of M10dia holes using drilling machine in MS angle of size 50x50x6mm required for Cooling water pump intake screen stand for fixing G.I sheets.

Charges for cutting the G.I sheets to required size and fixing it in the fabricated intake screen cleaning stand and tightening with the M10x75mm bolts. Marking & cutting the G.I sheets as per the required dimension to make debris collecting tray and fixing it with the fabricated frame and fixing of lifting handle as required which is under contractor scope.

Charges for fabrication of ring guard (Four halves) using HR sheet of 3.15mmthick (OD-2450mm/ID-1650mm) to required dimension by marking, cutting, bending, grinding the edges and cutting, bending the MS angle of size 50x50x6mm to fabricate frame for ring guard, stiffeners at necessary area and welding(Bending of HR sheet & MS angle at outside workshop if required, transportation and bending charges are under contractor scope) (1 set consist of 4 segments)

Charges for fabrication of new MS grill of size 1600x490mm using MS flat of 6 mm thick (vertical width is 25 mm & horizontal width is 10 mm and to be stich welded on all four sides for each segment) to required size and fixing of lifting handles as required which includes all labour & transportation charges (lifting handles are under contractor scope).

Charges for fabrication of new MS grill of size 1600x720mm using MS flat of 6 mm thick (vertical width is 25 mm & horizontal width is 10 mm and to be stich welded on all four sides for each segment) to required size and fixing of lifting handles as required which includes all labour & transportation charges (lifting handles are under contractor scope).

Charges for removing the rust and old paint on the outer surface of the hot water header pipe line in the bottom portion for painting of half circle bottom side Outer surface in Hot water header pipe line bottom surface area, sun shield roof structure, door and its supports in the Eastern side & portion of western side in Cooing Tower –I and outer surface of air release platform structure in cooling water discharge line

Charges for painting with one coat of rust convertor, one coat of epoxy red oxide primer and two coats of epoxy sea green one over the other with proper intervals in the half circle of bottom side outer surface of hot water header pipe line of horizontal length placed at 11m height at Eastern & western side of in Cooing Tower –II of area (581M2)and painting with one coat of rust convertor, one coat of epoxy red oxide primer and two coats of epoxy high build Coal thar Black Paint one over the other with proper interval on the sun shield roof structure, door and its supports in the Eastern side(161M2) & western side(503M2) of the cooling tower of area 664 M2 and air release platform structure in cooling water discharge line cooling water pump(239M2).

Charges for cleaning and painting with one coat of epoxy red oxide primer and two coats of epoxy coal thar one over the other with proper interval over the ring guard(34m2), cooling water intake screen grill(25m2), stand and tray(82m2).
