Taking out carefully copper/aluminium point wiring,Light,fan,socket or power complete with all fitting, fixtures such as switch socket out let, ceiling rose ,holder ,regulator,DBs etc including making good the disturbed surface of wall/floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down distribution boards/wooden board ,switch fuse units,steel enclosures for MCB of any type and removing from site all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable submain wiring any size and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and as directed.

Dismentaling &Taking down unserviceable Bldg street light/Flood light fittings from pole or from Bldgs for replacement of unserviceable lights from junction boxes to light fitting all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan/call bell point controlled by one 5 Amp switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS, PVC insulated (unsheathed) heavy duty cable including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multistrand FRLS, PVC insulated (unsheathed) drawn into and including new concealed PVC rigid/ 1.8mm wall thickness ISI marked including Modular Metal flush Boxes of any way i.e. (1 to 8 way as per site requirement) with suitable outer plates for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following :- Note: suitable Modular white cover sheets with frame as specified to be provided in replacement to MS/Galvanised sunken boxes and measured & paid separately as per relevant item. Note : (a) wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding including making disturb surface good (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour (c) On RCC roof/celing PVC conduit shall be provided on surface with proper fixing clamps all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
