Demolition of brick tiles/ terracing tiles, single layer of any description on roof all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) for any description/ on roof and removing the debris as directed.

M&L for washing down with water to remove dust, etc brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per Sqm over the roof surfaces all as specified

M&L for 25mm average thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course on roof slab/chajja all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound, on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and without using extra cement all as directed. Note : LWPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Preparing the surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles /dust particles and applying blown grade bitumen VG 10 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm confirming to IS 702 and apply a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltrs/sqm followed by APP membrane reinforced with polyester non woven fabric 3 mm thick weighing not less than 3.8 kg/sqm laid on primed surface by forced torch application followed by a finishing coat of solar reflective aluminium painting @ 0.10 kg /sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The work shall be carried out by authorized applicators of manufacturers

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, on brick or stone walls, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., any description.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction, finished plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: LWPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint over one coat of external wall primer over a coat of exterior wall care putty all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11& plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors of outer dia 25mm complete including taking down all as specified as specified

Supplying and laying of brass elbow of CPVC pipe outer diameter of 25mm

Supplying and laying of brass Tee of CPVC pipe outer diameter of 25mm

Dismantling of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks exceeding 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000 liters capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top)

S&F triple layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 liters capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed lid) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including PTMT Nipples - 3 Nos suitable for HDPE water tank and proper locking arrangements complete all as specified

S&F 25mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed. (Minimum weight 25mm-455gms)

S&F 25 mm bore gun metal globe or gate, valves with iron screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, layers n.exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good disturbed ground as in hard/dense soil.

Material and labour for P.C.C 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.

Supply only PVC coated galvanised chain link fencing of any size or type all as specified and as directed.

M&L for framed brackets of angles, tees or flat Iron with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset lattes, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for covering doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe.410W.Gde-E-250 quality A all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 10mm dia MS round bars including welding with necessary lapping all as directed Gde IS-432 (Part-I )

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long with diameter of shank 11 to 15mm all as specified

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer to new steel surface including preparation of surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth all as specified and as directed
