Construction of 15.00 Mtr Single Span RCC Bridge Double lane with Carriageway Width 7.50 Mtr along with Crash Barriers at Rajinder Nagar Phase-I Jammu

Design / Construction of 15.00 mtr Single Span RCC (Double Lane) Motorable Bridge (minimum 7.50 mtr Carriageway Width with RCC Crash Barrier / Railing), with soil investigation, dewatering all complete. The bridge consists of Sub-Structure (Abutments, Dirt Wall, Return Wall, Wing Wall, Approach Walls average 2.00mtr to 3.00mtr ht. on both side in 1:3:6 mix (complete upto existing road, approaches shall be made of rigid pavement) as per directions of Engineer in charge.), Super-Structure (RCC Deck Slab, necessary Crash Barriers, Wearing Coat, Suitable Bearings, Expension Joints with approaches on both sides for connecting a bridge with existing road, etc.) including Railing with painting and provision for utility ducts. The Vetting of drawing / design duly approved by the department shall be got Vetted from any IIT / NIT / DIQC Jammu before execution of work (As per MoRTH/IRC specifications of Roads and Bridges). Load test is compulsary before the final payment. The span shall be measured between the expansion joints. The Contractor has to dismantle and dispose off the material of the existing damaged structure out side the periphery of the Municipal Limit and channelling of the nallah on the up-stream side before commissioning of the bridge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil :

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc coated, Mesh wire diameter 3.0mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @ 3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
