M&L for Scarifying, Picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n.exc 400 Sqm, exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM for disturbed portion of road (63 to 40mm size) with coarse aggregate (lime/sand stone, flint or quartzite) of grading 2 spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient, camber and super elevation required to match with existing surface rolled with 8-10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM for disturbed portion of road except material (using material retreived from Srl No 1.00 above), rolled and consolidated to required gradient, camber and super elevation required to match with existing surface rolled with 8-10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing to WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a priming tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L premix bitumen macadam with binder content 4% of bitumen (paving bitumen VG -30 grade) by the weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud and bushes near road side etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous concrete design mix 30mm consolidate thickness using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix laid with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor and hydraulic control rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to be followed by smooth wheel pneumatic roller having a tyre pressure 7kg/Sqcm finished by final rolling with 8-10 tonne tandem roller required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item No 6 & 7 :- (i) Bituminous concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control. (ii) Filler for bituminous concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix. (iii) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in this item. If there is any variation in the actual binder content used as per design mix approved by GE, the rate shall be adjusted @ ₹ 53.00 per Kg of binder used. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in said items. (iv) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by GE.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above Ground Level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor paving and finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded bedded, and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as sepcified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed well bonded bedded, and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 but except stone. Complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought up to courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40mm on lime or sand stones complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parpets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form works etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eyes body made of polycarbonate with Electronically welded prismatic retoreflective lens on both side for maximum retroreflection in wet and dry condition. The material shall be non breakable, dustproof surfaces affixed with Epoxy with nailing complete all as specified and directed. Make : 3M- USA series 290 or equivalent in make as specified in appendix 'A' to PS.

S&F in repair Convex Mirror 1000mm dia made up of unbreakable polycarbonate reflective Mirrors, outdoor use to see clear road side maximum observation distance 9-11 meter with hood and complete with mounting hardware for upto a height of 1800mm, above GL and 45 cm below the GL with medium grade MS pipe 50mm dia including two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer body made of ABS embeded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 of block size 30x30x45cm including PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in foundation and necessary excavation in post hole complete all as specified and directed. Make : Futurvista or equivalent in make as specified in appendix 'A' to PS.

S&F in repair solar powered road studs aluminium alloy shell & polycarbonate facing size 132 mm x 122 mm x 12 mm (Shank 60 mm), with six super bright LEDs for viewing distance upto 1000m, including Ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) and high efficiency solar panel for continual performance, colour of LED Red, yellow or white, (as approved) complete fixing as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Make : DHRUV OF DARK EYE or equivalent in make as specified in appendix 'A' to PS.

M&L for cleaning and preparing road surface and providing road marking paint 100mm in width, white with reflective thermoplastic paint confirming to BIS 3262 laid down through road maring machie in a layer painting lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and likes not exc, 10 cm wide with road marking tharmoplastic paint white/yellow CRYSTALEX using 5 Kg material per Sqm by incorporating the withe glass beads for reflectivity complete all as specified and directed.
