Note: - (a) Demolition should be done carefully to roof slab. (b) Any damage occurred in the roof surfaces during demolition shall be made good by the contractor without extra cost to the department. (c) Disposal of debris/retrieved materials shall be thrown out of site at place as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and application of Sunplast cement based Hard Plaster system confirming the requirement of WSF (World Squash Federation) consisting of a Base Coat and a Finish Coat of a total thickness of app.15 mm and coated with imported washable paint system. The manufacturer should be recognized by Ministry of Commerce and Industry under the StartUpIndia initiative. Due to the extremely hard nature of the plaster a slight uneven color distribution and micro porous surface checks may be seen once the plaster has dried. This does not affect the strength or the integrity of the plaster and is not to be considered as a defect. Specification : The sysytem consist of a top coat of upto 4mm thickness. Hard plaster to be used as per ANSI A118.4 - A118.1-1999 providing a shear bond of 300 psi and compressive strength of 2750 psi. the water based nonflammable binder to be used to create an everlasting bond between two substrates. It should a viscosity of 10 of 100 cps at 25`C & specific gravity range -1.03+/-0.02. Non Structural wire mesh reinforcement of glass fiber is to be added to the mixture to give further strength to the wall. A single bag plaster covering 62-66 Sqft Mixing of level coat for Comp A : Comp B : Comp C should be maintained as 1:1/4:0.5 in 5-6 Liters of water for second coat.
