Assembling, erection, installation of 2-aspect signal complete. This includes taking of 48 cable inside unit through post, termination and wiring of CLS complete with all accessories of CLS unit, post, base, ladder, ladder guards, platform and MS supporting bracket in the middle of the ladder, hoods as per Technical specification.

Installation of Sliding type LC gate on concrete foundation with complete wiring as per technical specification. It includes (i) Excavation, ramming, casting cement concrete foundation (Ten numbers per LC gate) for sliding gate complete set as per CSTE's drg no. SK/21/00072 or latest with contractor's materials including cement, sand, stones, aggregate, etc (ii) Installation of sliding 67 gate and boom rest post along with 'E' type locks and lock up box as per CSTE's drg no. SK/21/00072 & PCSTE's drg No. SK/20/00063 and technical specifications. Necessary grouting bolts of appropriate size as directed by the supervisor in charge (40 nos per LCG) with nuts & washers etc. to be supplied by contractor. (iii) Installation of EKT on Hylum sheet and its wirings in connection with alteration, modification in existing circuit at LC gate as per instructions of Railway site supervisor. This also includes supply & fixing of Hylum Sheet, MS angles push button, LED indication for each EKT as per direction of Railway supervisor in Charge. All required consumable materials except EKT and wires to be supplied by contractor.

Carrying of slidding boom for S&T workshop/PNO to Consignee's godown and loading/unloading the same at works site as per technical specification.

Testing and commissioning of complete signalling installation at LC Gates as per TS

Dismantling and Deposit of released S&T gears from work site to Railway godown as per technical specification.

HDD boring as per technical specification. This includes transportation of HDT machine with accessories to site, preparation of site, boring and placing of HDPE pipe/Pulling of cable etc. Cost of fuel and all other accessories to be borned by the contractor.110 mm dia boring

Installation of V.F. transformer 1220:600/470 /:1220 as per IRS:TC- 22/76 or latest

Fixing & wiring (Laying) of DLP trunk 32X20mm with required all changeable 73 internal/external angle, changeable flat angle, flat junction. Clips, joint for cover, end cap etc. make Legrand or Similar. Cable will be supplied by Railway and all other fixing material will be supplied by contractor.

Jointing of 4/6 quad /Signaling cable with Heat Shrinkable straight through Jointing 74 Kit. All the material required for the work are to be arranged by contractor himself at his own cost except Thermo shrinkable Joint Kit/Rapid Joint kit. After jointing the cable through test such as insulation test, continuity cable losses etc. to be carried out jointly with Railway Engineer. If any defect or any damage is observed during jointing, the contactor has to redo the joint free of cost

Execution of Gate (slave)telephone. This Includes testing and commissioning, all installation related material to be supplied by the contractor as per site requirement

Loading and transportation of S&T cable from the stores of Consignee godown and unloading at the site of laying.
