Earth work excavation for foundations in hard soil with initial lead and lift including levelling and dressing with all labour T & P articles, safety measures, incidentals, necessary required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance of materials, labour T&P, royalty etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

C.C.(1:3:6) in foundation and plinth with 4 cm size hand broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper compacting the concrete by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including curing, dewatering shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size HG chips of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation including hoisting laying concrete including royalty, watering curing etc.complete.

R.C.C.M-20 with 20mm and down graded size h.g. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying concrete to required thickness with cost, conveyance of materials labour T&P required for the work including shuttering, shuttering watering curing and royalty etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Granaite tile in floors of approved make conformaing to IS:13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing Vitrifird tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick CP (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including cost, carriage, cost of all labour etc. complete. etc.etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Anti-Skid ceramic tile in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20mm thick cement mortar(1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing MS Door & window shutter including cost of all materials etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface with two coats of weather coat over a coat of primer including cost, conveyance and taxes of materials with all labour and T&P etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50 mm dia of 2 mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32 mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 mtr C/C and stainless aquare pipe bracing of size case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with the cost, conveyance taxses of all material, cost of all labour etccomplete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in in hard soil with mechanical lead and lift including rough dressing and and breaking clouds maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
