Regular preventative maintenance of 25 Nos. of tube wells i.e., 30 HP SU make 9 Sets 20 HP SU make 14 Sets 10 HP SU make 2 Sets Pump sets installed at various locations under the division of EE (E&M) WTP - Nangloi. The regular preventative maintenance including minor maintenance of all tube wells on daily basis at various locations with their own transportation, daily checkups of all mechanical/electrical equipment viz. pumps, control panels, automation system (including sim / communication and networking charges), cables, pipes, valves etc. i/c daily consumable items like packing, cable jointing, panel off/on switches, contactors, relays & other control panel spares etc. The regular preventative maintenance also included all the minor consumable items/spares and repairs at site which are necessary for operation of tubewells including arrangements of service pumps during the repair of existing pumps at site. Charges also includes another other items/job which are necessary to run these tubewells but could not be included. (AMC Period: 6 months)

Labor Charges

Lowering & lifting of sub/sets from bore by taking out double flanged GI pipes, submersible P/set, Cable, cutting of rusted nuts and bolts etc. and replacement of damaged D/F GI pipes, cable, defective pump set etc. as per site requirement and lowering of sub P/set, sub cable, GI Pipe etc as required, jointing of cable from sub P/Set along with holding of cable with pipes and jointing of D/F pipes etc with nuts bolts and rubber packing etc. The job includes hiring of all T & P, tripod stand, chain pulley block and other material handling equipments, Safety gadgets as required and consumable material (rubber packing and Nuts bolts) will be arranged by the firm as per site requirement.
