Tender for sweeping, cleaning and moping work of administrative building at SGTPS Birsinghpur

Dry sweeping of all the vitrified tiles floors, staircases, entrances, covered corridors, elevators terraces etc. with soft brooms including collection of debris, dust and waste paper etc. and disposing it at suitable locations as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all leads and lifts cost of all tools and tackles, materials, labour etc. required for complete works as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge

a) Office Areas. ( 3000 sqm once in a day )

b)Paved area ( 3000 sqm once in a day )

C) Terrace. ( 1000 sqm once in a month )

Moping/wet sweeping for all the floors, entrances, staircases, lifts, corridors etc. with phenyl water(Aromatic) (by using phenyl of approved quality like product of Bengal chemicals Ltd. As per instruction of Engineer-in-charge), with cotton threaded mopper of approved quality including cost of all materials, tools, tackles, labour etc. complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (a) Office area( 3000 sqm once in a day )

Washing/Cleaning of floors, dado skirting including dado skirting of kitchens & toilets heaving height more than 30 cm. by approved washing powder/soap and following drying with clear cloth and removing waste materials from dust bins & disposal at specified i/c cleaning of all materials, labours, tools and tackles etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. a) kitchens and toilets ( 20 No.s once in a day )

Cleaning/Removal of cobwebs from each and every rooms,walls of block including toilets, kitchnes,terraces ,entrances, staircase, corridors, elevators ,shaft etc. from inside and outside completely at all floors at various elevations as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.( 6 No. once in a month)

Dusting both sides of doors and windows including shutters, glass panels grills etc. including all materials, tools and tackles,labour etc. completely as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Area of one side of the opening only be considered for payment( 610 sqm once in a week)

Cleaning of glass panels of windows (either side with cleaning chemicals, colin including all materials labours tools and tackles completely as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Net exposed surface area of the glass panels on either side shall only be considered for measurment and payment ( 500 sqm once in a week)

Disinfection of toilets sinks, kitchen sinks, was basins, sanitary fixtures in kitchens and toilets with harpic or other equivalent sanitary cleaner including cost of all materials, labours, tools and tackles as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge( 74 No. twice in week) a) Kitchen sink, wash basin, urinals, & WC sheet

Providing air freshner cake (50 grams) each of approved make in toilets as per instruction of Engineer-in charge ( 20 No. once in a month_

Providing napthalins balls in urinal pots/wash basins of toilets in sufficient quantity as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge (minimum 5 balls are to be kept every time)( 57 No. twice in a month)
